When I joined the “Relationship Counselling Club” to solve other’s love problems, I ended up creating my own romantic comedy [Temporary Hiatus] - Chapter 25: Living Together (Part 1)

Daichi Itakura:

After the club, I and Otosaki left together. This time though, Otosaki wouldn’t take her bus. Instead she would go together with me to my home.

I was obviously feeling a little excited. I wonder if Otosaki was feeling the same.

“Daichi-kun…”

“Yeah?”

“Did you tell your big sister I would be coming?”

“Not yet. She’s in her university right now. She will come home a little late.”

“Umm… will she accept me to live there?”

“Of course! Don’t worry. She actually really likes you.”

“Really? That’s good to hear. You know,  Daichi-kun?”

“What?”

“Thank you again. I’ll repay your debt with my body.”

“Than— *Cough*!”

I almost choked myself after hearing her.

“WHAT ARE YOU EVEN –”

“Fufu… just joking.”

“You… you almost gave me a heart attack there.”

“Fufu… but seriously Daichi-kun…”

She then whispered in my ears, “I won’t mind if you ask me to do it.”

I could feel my face heating up like pressure cooker.

My girlfriend… is too cute for my heart!

After we reached my house, I took Otosaki’s luggage to my room. Otosaki followed me to my room and exclaimed,

“Wow! Your room is unexpectedly clean!”

“What do you mean by unexpected? I always keep everything clean you know!”

Otosaki then sat down on my bed and said,

“So this is where Daichi-kun sleeps.”

“Yes. You can sleep as well if you’re tired.”

“Really!? Thank you!”

She then happily lied down and kept rolling over the bed like a little girl. It put a smile on my face.

“Hey Daichi-kun!”

“Yeah?”

“Let’s sleep together… fufu.”

“Y-You. Stop making fun of me.”

“I’m serious though.”

This girl… if she kept on seducing me with her cute behaviour, I would lose my self-control. I needed to divert the conversation.

“By the way, I will go down to change my school clothes. In the meantime, you should change as well. You have brought your clothes right?”

“Yeah. But… do you really need to go outside to change? We both could change here as well.”

“S-Shut up!”

I quickly left my room to change my clothes. After I changed to my casual clothes, I went to bring some cold drinks from my fridge.

“I’m back!”

At that moment, I heard my big sister Rin opening the front door.

“Hmm? Bro, is someone else here today?”

“Yes, Otosaki has come.”

“Ohh! Your girlfriend has visited! Oh my, you’re already going too fast! You’re going to have fuuuunnnn right?”

“Shut up. It’s not like that. It’s a long story. And it’s a serious issue.”

“Okay, let me change my clothes first, and then meet your precious girlfriend as well.”

After she went to change in her room, I went back to my room with the cold drinks.

“Otosaki? Look I have brought some drinks.”

“Oh thanks!”

Otosaki had changed to her casual clothes. She was wearing a full sleeved white T-shirt and comfortable blue jeans.

She was looking extremely cute. My self-control was really put to test tonight.

However, as I noticed she was looking a little down right now.

“Did something happen, Otosaki?”

“Ugh… no.”

“Come on! You’re looking a little sad currently.”

“Actually Daichi-kun… I know that you are very kind and thus you don’t mind anything. But honestly it seems like I’m just a burden to you.”

“Eh? Why are you thinking like this?”

“Because… you’re the one who is always helping me. I’m doing nothing for you on the other hand.”

“That’s not true!”

“Eh?”

She widened her eyes as I suddenly sat beside her and grabbed both of her hands.

“Otosaki is never a burden. In fact, she’s my good luck.”

“……”

“Otosaki probably doesn’t know… but everytime I see you, talk with you, I become happy. Whenever you leave me, I feel lonely. In reality, I also want us to stay together as long as possible. You’re my daily source of happiness, Otosaki.”

“…..*sob*…..”

With teary eyes, Otosaki suddenly jumped onto my chest which forced me to fall on the bed as well.

“Hey calm down, Otosaki!”

“I’m sorry….*sob*…. I can’t. I want to keep hugging Daichi-kun until I’m satisfied.”

“You have become selfish.”

“You’re the one who is responsible for this.”

“You’re probably right…”

I gently caressed her soft cheeks. I was slowly losing my mind. I wanted to become selfish too.

“Otosaki…”

“Hmm…”

“Can I kiss you?”

“…….Yes.”

She closed her eyes and acted as if she was ready. I too closed my eyes and got closer to her. Closer and closer… and slowly our lips—

“Tada! Nice to meet you, Otosaki—-” (Rin)
