I was taken to a corridor inside the castle after the battle.

I looked for Adam, but I didn’t find him.

I walked down the hall to meet him.

I walked for a few minutes and didn’t get any results.

That coward teleported me away from my darling. I’ll get revenge when I find him, but for now I need to see if Adam is okay.

And if he’s with that damn cat, if she’s flirting with him right now, I’m angry just thinking about it, that little bitch.

I came across a girl while continuing my search.

I used my demon queen armor to block the thrusts and slashes of her blade.

I was surprised by her speed and skill. She wasn’t just charging at me, she was trying to fight me.

Well, I guess that’s fine, since we both want to fight each other.

Since I was wearing my demon queen armor, my body was protected by several layers of metal. It seemed that the demon queen armor wouldn’t allow her to penetrate it.

I had no idea what she was trying to do, and yet her attacks were hitting their mark.

I saw that her attacks weren’t as effective as they should be, but I couldn’t tell why.

The only thing I could think of was that she did not have much experience in using weapons.

I decided to focus on blocking her attacks instead of countering.

That was when I noticed something strange.

As her attacks connected, I felt a different sort of sensation.

The i summoned my sword.

II knew my opponent was using magic, so I thought I might too.

My ice sword was able to break through the barrier.

If I had been dealing with a skilled magician, then maybe it would have been different, but she was clearly inexperienced.

I became aware of a new sensation, similar to the one I got while fighting the demon king.

I want to avoid using it myself, but if it gets in my way, I will have no choice but to counter it.

I summoned my ice sword again.

This time, I aimed straight for her weapon.

All of her attacks were ineffective against me now, because I was using magic.

Something in the air was telling me that I shouldn’t use my ice sword on her.

It was almost like there was a warning in her eyes.

Instead, I used my ice spear.

I pierced her spear with my ice spear.

I could sense that I was pushing my luck by doing so.

But if she had another attack ready, I would have no choice but to defend myself.

The demon queen armor provided me with protection from the ice spears, and I did not feel any pain.

I was able to deflect most of the attacks.
