The S-Class Beautiful Sisters at My New School Somehow Got Super Attached to Me and Ended Up Becoming Yandere Without Me Even Realizing It - 3
Chapter 3

“Yo Asuka, you decided on a club yet?”
Morning.
I was reading at my desk when Nakanishi, who just got to school, hit me with that question.
“Nah, not yet. But like… isn’t it kinda hard to join stuff in the middle of second year?”
“Yeah, pretty much. But our school has this rule where you gotta be in some club no matter what. Just pick one that doesn’t do much and turn in the form quick, yeah?”
“Like what?”
“Hmm… maybe the reading club? Oh wait, I think the Aoyama sisters are in that one.”
“Then wouldn’t a ton of guys be rushing in?”
“Last year it got like that. But since they basically never show up to the clubroom, everyone ended up quitting.”
“Huh.”
While we were talking about that, the classroom got a little noisy all of a sudden.
I looked up to see what was going on, and there was Aoyama Yuzuki standing at the entrance.
“Morning, Yuzuki! Your hair looks on point again today~”
“Morning, Haruka. Gotta keep it set or people mix me up with Mizuki, y’know~”
“Haha, true. Being a twin must be tough~”
She was just chatting with a friend nearby, but a bunch of classmates had their eyes glued to her.
“Has presence” is seriously the perfect phrase for someone like her.
“What’s up, Asuka? So you are interested in Aoyama after all?”
“Ah, nah, not really.”
“Haha, don’t get all shy about it. I mean, come on, with a girl that hot around, it’d be impossible not to look.”
“…Yeah, I guess.”
But honestly, the reason I was looking at Aoyama wasn’t that.
That weird off feeling I got yesterday after school when I talked to her here.
I felt something similar when I saw the older sister Mizuki at the convenience store, but right now I wasn’t feeling anything.
So maybe it really was just my imagination.
Maybe I was just nervous because the Aoyama sisters are way too pretty or something.
“Ah.”
While I was spacing out staring at her and thinking about all that, our eyes met.
And then she came walking over to me.
“Morning. Thanks again for yesterday.”
“N-no big deal. It was just luck.”
“…Um, did I properly introduce myself yesterday?”
“Huh? Yeah, I think so. You’re Aoyama Yuzuki-san, right?”
“Y-yeah, that’s me. Yuzuki. I got a sister with the exact same face in a different class, so don’t mix us up, okay?”
“Well, I’ve heard about it.”
“Oh, cool. See ya later then… uh…”
“Tendou Asuka.”
“Ah, sorry sorry. See ya, Tendou-kun.”
Aoyama gave a little wave and went back to her seat.
“…She’s kinda weird.”
“Hey Asuka, since when did you get all buddy-buddy with Aoyama?”
“We’re not buddy-buddy at all. I just happened to find something she lost yesterday, that’s it.”
“What? But still, don’t go getting the wrong idea just ’cause she talked to you, okay~”
Nakanishi was teasing, but seriously, we weren’t close at all.
Proof? She didn’t even remember my name even though I introduced myself properly yesterday.
No room for misunderstanding there.
From her side, I probably wasn’t even on her radar.
After that, during class I kept glancing at Aoyama every now and then, but nothing special happened.
Lunch break.
Today was my first time coming to the school cafeteria.
“Wow, it’s huge.”
My old school didn’t have one, so I was kinda looking forward to it, but it was way bigger and more crowded than I expected.
I thought I came straight here, but by the time I got in line, there was already a long one.
I joined at the very end, and right in front of me—by total chance—was one of the Aoyama sisters.
With her hair down and flowing a little as she stood there quietly waiting, she looked effortlessly elegant even though she wasn’t doing anything, and people were staring from all over.
“…Hm?”
Again, I got hit with that same weird feeling from before.
I mean, I’d heard they were always together, but apparently one of them could be alone sometimes—no, that wasn’t it.
The beautiful girl everyone was staring at, thinking she was Aoyama Mizuki, looked different to me.
“…Yuzuki-san?”
Just like at the convenience store, I had no real proof or anything.
But something told me it was her, and the words slipped out before I could stop them. She turned around.
Her eyes went wide as she looked at me.
“What did you just say?”
“Ah, s-sorry. You’re Mizuki-san, right?”
“…Yeah. I’m not Yuzuki. You’re the guy I ran into at the convenience store yesterday, aren’t you?”
“Oh, you remembered. Yeah, my house is around that area.”
“I see. So, are you close with Yuzuki or something?”
“N-not really close, I guess. Yesterday was the first time we even talked.”
“Hmm. So… are you interested in Yuzuki too? She’s super popular with guys, y’know.”
When she asked that, she was looking at me with this kinda disgusted, judging stare.
“…Honestly, I don’t know what kind of person Yuzuki-san is, so I can’t really say.”
“Huh?”
“I mean, I think both of you are really pretty and all, but…”
“R-right. Yeah, that makes sense. It’s weird to like someone when you don’t even know what they’re like inside.”
She nodded, looking a little surprised, then turned back around to face the front.
After that, while we were standing in line, she didn’t say another word to me.
