Episode 43: Loving the Squishiness
*Making Chocolate Pie Fruits into Chocolate Pie Bites.
“Munch Munch NOm Nom Munch.”
Hime’s cheeks puffed out like a little squirrel as she munched on the chocolate pie. Cute.
However, maybe because the portion was a bit too big for her. About halfway through, her munching pace, slowed down.
“Mm… It’s delicious, but since I also just had lunch, my stomach is getting kind of full.”
Hime was still only a kid of eight years old.
As her body is also small, so naturally, her stomach was also smaller when compared to mine, a high school student.m
“You can leave the rest, you know? Forcing yourself to eat isn’t good for your body.”
“But… since you gave this to me with feelings, Yohei-kun, I don’t want to put it to waste.”
She really was such a good kid. Truly.
Even so, as I felt like I was making her feel obligated. So, looking at her push herself for it, felt kind of painful.
“Then how about I finish the rest? There are still many unopened ones left, so you can just take those home and eat them later.”
“Really? Yohei-kun… as I knew, you’re so kind♪ Then, I’ll gratefully accept your spoiling me like this. Thank you so much!”
With that being said, I ate the remaining half of the chocolate pie.
Yeap, it’s as sweet and delicious as always. But if I had more than one, it could get a little heavy for me as well—So, just one piece was just right.
…Come to think of it, how was Sei-san feeling about it?
As I’d been so focused on feeding Hime that I hadn’t pay any attention to her. If it suits her taste, then nothing like it…
Thinking that, when I glanced over —
“…This is bad.”
Arre? Is it perhaps, not to her liking?
If that were so, I would apologize sincerely, but before I could, she continued:
“This is just so bad… It’s so delicious, my hands just won’t stop.”
Ah, understood, so it was that kind of “bad.”
Knowing that it was not bad-tasting, but too dangerously good.
I felt relieved.
“If I eat just two or three of these, I’ll definitely gain weight! Yohei, are you trying to make me fat? If I gain any more weight than now, I’ll turn all squishy-squishy you know!”
…Uh, re–really?
Sei-san looks plenty slim to me though.
Well, un… certain areas are definitely ‘fat’—especially her chest or thighs, for example—did seem soft and squishy, but keeping that aside.
“Onee-chan, how about you just give up already. Even now I don’t think you are fat at all, and you’re at a perfectly healthy weight.”
“B-But… I still want to be as slim as a model~…or something.”
“Its not that I don’t understand the feeling, but… oh, by the way, Yohei-kun, what’s your type? Do you prefer slimmer girls?”
“Me? For me, I don’t really care about body type especially I guess.”
My preferences about the opposite gender? Honestly, I’d never put much thought into physical preferences.
I’d never even considered that anyone might like me, so I didn’t spend time thinking about what I like in others.
“Ehh, really? You’re not thinking that I should lose even more weight?”
“Nope, not at all… a–aren’t you just fine the way you are right now?”
For me, it took quite a bit of courage for me to say that out.
Saying you’re fine the way you are, basically the same as calling her cute… —wasn’t it?
I wonder if someone like me evaluating her would make her feel unpleasant instead? In these things, I really have no confidence, and kind of get confused on choosing the right words.
But… well… Sei-san wasn’t the type to take things the wrong way.
After all this person is, Hime’s Onee-chan. Related to someone so kind and straightforward couldn’t possibly be a bad person.
“Basically… Yohei is okay with squishy-squishy girls?”
“Well… I guess so?”
“…So, even as squishy-squishy as Hime?”
“Eh? Would that really be the same case?”
She wasn’t taking this in an offended manner, but the way she phrased it, kind of made it sound like I had a preference for little kids.
Which… kind of didn’t sit right with me at all.
