Chapter 74: But Ryouya-kun, You Have a Hole Too, Right?

“That was seriously the worst..”

“Who would’ve thought Ryouya-kun would get hit on?”

“Both Onee-chan and I totally let our guard down.”

Now that I had finally returned to my original form, I was sitting in a café in the food court, sipping a drink, but my body felt completely exhausted. If we had just done some normal shopping for the school trip, there was no way I would’ve been this tired. Getting hit on by a guy—a rare experience in itself—was definitely a contributing factor to my exhaustion.

“But at least we protected Ryouya-kun’s chastity.”

“Ryouya nearly lost his chastity before we did.”

“Hey now. I’m a guy, remember…?”

Guys lose their virginity, not their chastity.

So I thought to myself  when Reona and Riona suddenly started saying outrageous things.

“But Ryouya-kun, you have a hole too, right?”

“And I’ve heard there’s even a genre called ‘otokonoko’ in this world.”

“I seriously doubt those guys had such a niche fetish.”

What really surprised me was that Riona even knew the term “otokonoko.” She played the same mobile games I did, so maybe she actually had more otaku-like hobbies than I thought.

“I’m sure you already understand, but Ryouya-kun’s first time belongs to me and Riona.”

“We’re not letting anyone else have it.”

“Keep it safe until we take it from you.”

“Don’t worry, there’s no one out there who’d want something like that anyway.”

Wait, did they just say “until we take it”? No way, I must’ve misheard. It’s way too unrealistic to think my female classmates are after that.

As I was trying to brush that off, Riona opened her mouth again.

“Come to think of it, we forgot to ask Ryouya what he thought about earlier.”

“Earlier…?”

I had no clue what she was talking about, but Reona spoke up with a smug grin on her face.

“You know, you stole a girl’s first kiss and then didn’t even say anything about it. Don’t you think that’s kinda rude?”

“Wait, that was your first kiss!?”

“I’d been treasuring it for seventeen years, but then Ryouya just stole it.”

Honestly, it felt more like Riona had forced it on me than me actually stealing it, but I wasn’t about to argue that point. Now that I thought about it, during that so-called study session before summer break when they barged in to stay over, she did mention she’d never had that kind of experience before. 

“Can we maybe not count that one? I was technically a girl at the time, remember?”

“What are you talking about? You’re a boy, Ryouya-kun. You can’t become a girl.”

“My first kiss was definitely stolen by you, Ryouya.”

“Hey, what happened to all that calling me ‘Ryouka’ and treating me like a girl just a minute ago?”

“That was then, this is now.”

I protested, not satisfied with how they were suddenly flipping their stance, but unfortunately, neither of them paid me any mind. Reona and Riona really were completely unreasonable.

“Well then, it’s about time you told us what the kiss was like.”

“We’re not letting you go home until you tell us, Ryouya-kun.”

“…It all happened so fast, I don’t remember much, but… Riona’s lips were soft, I guess.”

Giving in, I finally answered, and while Riona wore her usual cool expression, she somehow looked a little pleased. Now that I think about it, both Reona and Riona had their first kisses with me, didn’t they? Even though Reona’s was technically an accident, I still ended up stealing it. If their fans ever found out about that, I’d probably get beaten to death.

“A lot happened, but we got the shopping done, so let’s head home.”

“Yeah, thanks to all those ‘events,’ I’m totally wiped.”

“I can’t wait for the actual school trip.”

Starting halfway through, it felt like my crossdressing became the main event, but for now, at least we accomplished our original goal—getting the shopping for the school trip done.

Chapter 75: Yeah, It’s Only a Matter of Time Before That Happens

“Ryouya-kun really does get caught up in all sorts of trouble, doesn’t he?”

“It’s really strange indeed. After all, there are a lot of incidents that weren’t instigated by us.”

After Ryouya-kun walked us home, Riona and I were talking about that. There had been times in the past when Riona and I had plotted something that led to trouble, but like with today’s pickup attempt, things we hadn’t planned also happened from time to time.

For example, during the summer fireworks festival, the train stopped and we ended up having a sudden sleepover. And there was also that recent flash rainstorm. Things like that almost never happened before, but when we were with Ryouya-kun, something always seemed to occur.

Still, when it came to today’s pickup attempt, it was honestly a relief that the other party wasn’t a girl. Apparently, Riona and I both had an abnormally strong sense of possessiveness, so if a girl had tried to pick up Ryouya, I honestly didn’t know what we would’ve done.

“Do you think maybe Ryouya-kun just has incredibly bad luck or something?”

“Could be. Otherwise, no one just runs into a random attacker like that.”

When she said that, it made me think that the horrific incident which became the reason we fell for Ryouya-kun might have been caused by that same unlucky nature pulling in misfortune. In one’s entire lifetime, not many people ever encounter a random attacker. You could say encountering a random slasher was even less likely than winning the lottery.

“But you know, doesn’t it feel like heaven is kind of rooting for us?”

“Yeah, come to think of it, even the unexpected trouble usually ends up working out in our favor somehow.”

“Right? I think it’s basically like God is saying it’s okay for us to have Ryouya-kun all to ourselves.”

In a way, all the past incidents had actually helped us corner Ryouya-kun bit by bit. Even his first kiss was taken thanks to a mishap where the gondola of the Ferris wheel swayed and threw us off our balance. As for today’s pickup attempt, I honestly didn’t enjoy watching it, but since Riona looked happy in the end, I guess it worked out for the best too.

“If God is saying so, then us ending up with Ryouya is already inevitable. It’s fate.”

“Yeah, it’s only a matter of time before that happens.”

Well, even if God were against it, I have no intention of backing off. No matter what kind of obstacles stand in our way, we would push through and keep moving forward. Riona and I would crush anything that tried to interfere with our path, and embrace Ryouya-kun at the end of it all with our deep love. Forever.
