The S-Class Beautiful Sisters at My New School Somehow Got Super Attached to Me and Ended Up Becoming Yandere Without Me Even Realizing It - Chapter 22-23
Chapter 22
“Hey, Asuka. Been a while, huh.”
“It’s literally just since the weekend, dude. Anyway, you got super tanned.”
“Yeahhh, the weekend was freaking hot. Alright, let’s crush it again this week too.”
Monday mornings are usually pretty depressing for salarymen and students alike, but this friend of mine, Nakanishi, seems to be the exception.
If anything, he actually looks happy to come to school and see his buddies.
Dude’s got a seriously good personality, for real.
“So what do you usually do on your days off, Asuka?”
“Mm… mostly reading or playing games, I guess.”
“What? That’s such a waste! If you’ve got that much free time, you should be asking girls out and going on dates or something.”
“You say ‘date’ like it’s the easiest thing in the world. What even counts as a date anyway?”
“Y’know, eating together, going shopping, just hanging out and talking at someone’s house… stuff like that? Well, I’ve never had a girlfriend either, so what do I know, haha.”
Nakanishi laughed at his own words with a loud “kahaha,” while I suddenly got lost in thought.
Eating together… shopping together…
Was what I did with Mizuki-san on Saturday actually a date?
And then on Sunday, Yuzuki-san came over to my place and we talked about all kinds of stuff.
Does that count as a date too…?
“Good morning, Tendou-kun.”
While I was spacing out thinking about that, a voice called out. I looked up and saw Yuzuki-san standing a little behind Nakanishi.
“Uh, g-good morning, Yuzuki-san.”
“Why do you sound so awkward saying hi?”
“N-no, I didn’t mean to—”
“Whatever, it’s fine. I finished that book you lent me yesterday, so here—I’m lending it back. It was actually pretty good.”
She set the book I gave her yesterday on my desk, then said “See you later,” and headed back to her seat.
“…Maybe I’ll read it during class.”
“Oi oi oi, Asuka, what the hell was that?”
“Huh? What?”
“Don’t ‘what’ me! Aoyama Yuzuki lending a book to a guy? That’s a huge freaking deal!”
“R-really?”
“Of course it is! Up till now, not a single guy has even gotten one of those sisters’ contact info!”
Nakanishi was totally freaking out, but there was no way I could casually say “Yeah well I actually exchanged contacts with both of them and we were messaging and calling yesterday,” so the vibe definitely wasn’t right for that.
I just brushed it off by vaguely tying it to club activities.
“Yeah, so… it’s like, part of club stuff.”
“Hmm. But neither of them are ghost members, right?”
“They’re worried the club room might get taken away if things stay like this. Guess that’d be a problem for them.”
“I see. Still, you’re so lucky, Asuka. Joining right at the perfect time so you get chances to talk to the Aoyamas.”
“Yeah… maybe.”
Nakanishi kept looking super jealous right up until class started, but I didn’t say anything more about it.
I just quietly decided that when I talk to those two, it’s probably better to do it somewhere nobody else is around.
That’s the one thing I really gotta be careful about, I told myself, and then I started listening to the lesson.
◇
“Is Tendou-kun here~?”
Lunch break.
A clear voice rang out from the classroom doorway and the whole room instantly buzzed.
“Mizuki-san?”
Mizuki-san came walking in, her long hair swaying, spotted me in the back of the room, smiled, and headed straight over.
Yuzuki-san wasn’t around—she’d gone somewhere—so everyone could tell just from the vibe that this was the older sister.
“Oh, Yuzuki’s not here. Perfect timing then.”
“Wh-what’s up? During lunch?”
“What do you mean ‘what’s up’? It’s lunchtime. Wanna eat together?”
She said it loud enough for everyone to hear, and the classroom buzzed even louder.
“M-me?”
“Who else would I be talking to? Oh—is that bento your grandma made?”
“Yeah, pretty much. When I’m busy I just go to the cafeteria though.”
“Well, plenty of people eat bentos in the cafeteria anyway. Let’s go.”
“W-where to?”
“The cafeteria, duh. Come on, hurry up and follow me.”
I started reaching for the hand she held out, then panicked and yanked mine back.
Mizuki-san looked a little bummed and muttered “It’s fine, you don’t have to…” before walking out ahead of me.
Everyone’s eyes followed her the whole way. Once she was gone, all those stares instantly turned toward me.
Nakanishi looked like he was about to rush over to me, but right now I couldn’t handle that kind of atmosphere at all.
So I bolted out of the classroom too.

Chapter 23
“…My stomach hurts.”
While I was eating my bento in the cafeteria, I muttered that under my breath. Mizuki-san was sitting across from me; she looked over with a worried face.
“You okay? Wanna go to the nurse’s office?”
“Ah, no, it’s not that… I-I’m fine.”
“Oh, okay. Hey, that egg omelet looks really good. Can I have a bite?”
“Uh, um… sure.”
I slid my bento box closer to her. She picked up one piece with her chopsticks, popped it into her mouth in one big bite, then gave this huge smile.
“Mmm, yummy.”
The second Mizuki-san made that happy little sound, it felt like the whole cafeteria shook for a second.
And my stomach started twisting and hurting again, like really sharp.
“Ughhh…”
“Your grandma is seriously good at cooking, Tendou-kun. I’m already looking forward to the weekend.”
“Th-thanks, I guess. Um… why’d you suddenly invite me today, anyway?”
I asked in a small voice, super aware of all the eyes on us. Mizuki-san just tilted her head like she didn’t get why I was asking.
“‘Cause being with you is fun, obviously.”
“…Huh?”
“I don’t eat with people I don’t click with. What’s the big deal?”
“Ah, no, I just…”
Even while we were talking, everyone’s stares kept drilling into us.
It felt awkward. Embarrassing.
Maybe she’s used to this kind of attention, but I’m definitely not.
“Are you maybe uncomfortable ‘cause everyone’s staring at us together?”
“Y-yeah, well… kinda.”
“There’s no point worrying about what other people think. I wanna get closer to you, Tendou-kun. Nobody else gets a say in that.”
“Well, yeah, that’s true, but…”
“Or what—are you the type who lets other people decide who you can be friends with? That sounds boring as hell.”
After saying that, Mizuki-san stood up and gave the whole room this sharp look, like daring anyone to keep staring.
Sure enough, everyone instantly looked away.
She giggled. “There. Better?”
“…You’re intense, Mizuki-san.”
I always thought we had similar tastes and ways of thinking, but man, she really is on a whole different level from me.
She’s got this solid core, and even though I know it, her popularity is insane.
Is it really okay for someone like me to be hanging out with her?
I started losing confidence real fast.
“You were just thinking something negative, weren’t you.”
“Huh? How’d you know?”
“It’s obvious when your face gets all gloomy like that. In the end, the world’s just full of people doing stuff for their own satisfaction. Obsessing over everyone else’s opinions is pointless.”
“…Yeah. You’re right, Mizuki-san.”
“Right? So anyway, you better let me read your novel properly.”
“Ah… my stomach’s hurting again.”
“Hehe, saying that isn’t gonna get you out of it.”
“Haha, you’re tough. Oh yeah—where’s Yuzuki-san?”
I’d heard they’re always together, so it felt kinda weird that she wasn’t around.
“She got called by a teacher or something. Probably about club stuff.”
“Oh, really? Then maybe I should—”
“She’s technically the club president, y’know. Plus she can’t write anyway, so let her handle the teacher stuff. We’ll just do what we can do.”
Mizuki-san said that and then went quiet.
After a bit, I noticed students who’d finished eating were starting to trickle out.
We took our time too, then finally left the cafeteria together.
♡
“So yeah, you guys need to show some clear activity results by next month.”
Lunch break.
I’d been thinking about inviting Tendou-kun to the club room for lunch or whatever, but instead I got called to the staff room.
It was the same old thing from the grade supervisor—about the club room.
With so many other clubs asking for bigger spaces or new ones, it’s hard to justify keeping a whole room for the reading club when there are barely any active members and hardly any results to show.
“Next month?”
“Yeah. If we decide to take it back, we’ll have to clear out the bookshelves and stuff over summer break.”
“…Got it. But if we actually manage to get some real results, can we keep it as is?”
I threw in that tiny bit of pushback, then wrapped up the conversation and left the staff room.
“Sigh… lunch is basically over already.”
I’m starving, but there’s no way I’d make it to the cafeteria now.
The school store bread’s probably sold out too.
Ugh, why did I even agree to be club president?
Mizuki could’ve done it…
“Oh, Yuzuki-san.”
“Huh…? Tendou-kun?”
I was dragging myself back to the classroom when someone called my name.
I turned around and there he was, standing a little out of breath.
“Sorry, you got called by a teacher about club stuff, right?”
“You heard from Mizuki? Wait—don’t tell me you two were eating lunch together or something.”
“Uh, yeah, kinda. Mizuki-san invited me and we ate in the cafeteria.”
“Hmm. Sounds fun. Nice for you.”
Maybe because I was so hungry, I felt extra irritated.
I turned my back on him, but then he went, “Um…”
“What? I missed lunch and I’m pissed off, okay.”
“Ah, yeah, figured. Here—I only had one left, though.”
“Huh, this is…”
It was the same kind of anpan I’d given him before.
“Since you gave me one last time, I’m just returning the favor.”
“…Thanks.”
I took it, walked straight back to the classroom, and took a bite.
The school store’s anpan isn’t usually that sweet.
But for some reason—maybe ‘cause I was starving—it tasted super sweet today.
