The S-Class Beautiful Sisters at My New School Somehow Got Super Attached to Me and Ended Up Becoming Yandere Without Me Even Realizing It - 1
Chapter 1
There’s this pair of twin sisters at our school that everyone calls the “Unconquerable Split.”
Aoyama Mizuki.
Aoyama Yuzuki.
The two of them have super similar names, and their faces and builds are basically identical too—classic twin sisters.
They’ve got these really sharp, almost fake-looking almond eyes, a tall straight nose, and plump, juicy lips that look super fresh.
Great figures, but still kinda petite.
Like, seriously, it’s as if someone took every guy’s fantasy and just made it real—these two are that level of beautiful.
Oh, and the way to tell them apart: the older sister Mizuki keeps her hair down, while the younger one Yuzuki always has a ponytail.
Pretty sure there’s nobody in this school who doesn’t know about the Aoyama sisters.
And these two do literally everything together.
Going to and from school, obviously, but also during breaks, club activities, even eating lunch—they’re always side by side.
And the real kicker?
Even when a guy confesses to one of them, the other one who’s not the target tags along anyway.
That’s exactly why people call them the Unconquerable Split.
Word is, they won’t date a guy unless both of them approve.
Even if Mizuki starts nodding like “yeah maybe,” Yuzuki will go “nah.”
Even if Yuzuki’s thinking about it, Mizuki will straight-up say “nope.”
Nobody knows what kinda standards they’re using to judge, obviously, but the whole impossible setup where you gotta convince both at the same time earned them that nickname, and now it’s completely stuck around the school.
Back when they first started, tons of guys kept confessing because of how gorgeous they are, but little by little everyone just gave up.
Eventually, there wasn’t a single guy left who even tried to go after either of them.
“So yeah, that’s the deal, Asuka.”
“Hmm, that’s kinda a weird nickname, huh.”
Just now in the classroom, my classmate Nakanishi finished giving me the full rundown on the Aoyama sisters.
“You really didn’t know? Like, the bowling term ‘split’?”
“Yeah I know what a split is. So why’re you suddenly telling me all this?”
“Cause I don’t want you to go through the same painful crap the rest of us did, man.”
“Ahh, got it. So everybody got rejected at least once, huh.”
“Pretty much, yeah.”
Me—Tendou Asuka—just transferred to this high school at the start of second year.
Nothing dramatic. My parents got transferred overseas, so I’m staying with my grandparents now and had to switch schools because of it.
And starting from day one of the transfer, this Nakanishi guy’s been looking out for me and explaining all kinds of stuff.
“Though like… maybe part of the reason they got rejected is on their side too, y’know?”
“Hey hey, that hurts, dude. But even the soccer team’s ace and the guy everyone calls the hottest senior in school—both struck out completely.”
“Well, being kinda strict about who they date isn’t necessarily a bad thing, right?”
“Yeah but having iron walls that thick is a bit much, don’t you think?”
While we were chatting like that, one of the Aoyama sisters walked into the classroom.
It was the younger one, Yuzuki.
She’s in my class, but obviously we’ve never talked even once.
Even from far away, yeah, she’s seriously pretty.
But I’m not the type to fall for someone just from looking, especially when I’ve never even spoken to them.
Plus talking to girls isn’t really my strong point anyway.
So Nakanishi’s worries are probably gonna end up being pointless.
Still, it’s nice advice from a friend, so I’ll at least keep it in the back of my mind.
◇
“Huh? That’s weird…”
After school.
I still haven’t joined any clubs yet, so I was just chilling alone in the classroom reading quietly for a while.
Then Aoyama Yuzuki came back in looking kinda troubled.
“Where did I drop my key…?”
She rummaged around inside her desk for a bit, then scratched her head again with that same worried face.
Looks like she’s searching for something.
Right now it’s just me and her in the classroom, but she doesn’t even glance my way—she just keeps peeking around everywhere and scratching her head.
Normally this would be the perfect moment to casually go “Need a hand?” or whatever, but since I’m really not great at talking to girls, the bar feels way too high.
And when the other person is one of the famous Aoyama sisters? Even more so.
I don’t wanna stare too much and come off creepy, so I figured I’d just leave quick and stood up from my seat.
Then—
“Hm?”
I spotted something shiny next to Aoyama’s desk.
A key was hanging there, attached to a black keycase.
“Uh… is that maybe it?”
I pointed at it without thinking and mumbled the question.
Aoyama Yuzuki looked at me all surprised for a second, then followed where I was pointing.
“Ah—there it is! Phew, thank god.”
She picked up the key, let out a relieved breath, and put it away.
“Um, thanks a lot. Oh wait—sorry, who are you again?”
“Ah, yeah, I’m Tendou Asuka. I just transferred here recently.”
“Ohhh, the transfer student! You totally saved me. Um, I’m Aoyama… Yuzuki. Seriously, thank you so much.”
After I introduced myself she thanked me again, then kinda panicked and ran off out of the room.
“…Guess I’ll head home too.”
That last smile from Aoyama was definitely cute.
A girl that beautiful—you don’t see people like that even on TV very often.
When someone that pretty is right in front of you and smiles at you like that, yeah, no wonder guys fall for her.
But more than that…
I was feeling some kind of weird sense of something being off.
It’s such a tiny, subtle feeling that I can’t even explain what it is.
Not knowing what it was, I quietly left the classroom.
◇
“Ah.”
Still feeling kinda unsettled, I stopped by the convenience store on the way home—and ran into one of the Aoyama sisters again, totally by chance.
Hair down, so the one at the register right now is probably the older sister, Mizuki.
The face looked familiar so I accidentally made a little sound, but this is a different person from the Yuzuki I talked to in the classroom earlier.
Obviously she’s in a different class and we’ve never met, so she has no reason to know me either. She glanced over once then immediately looked back down at her wallet.
But man, they really do look exactly alike.
Makes sense why hairstyle is pretty much the only way to tell them apart.
“…Hm?”
And again—right here.
That same weird off feeling from before hit me.
But still, I have no idea what it actually is.
I stood there flipping through a magazine by the entrance, but none of the words were sinking in.
“Thank you very much~”
Looks like she finished paying. I could feel Aoyama Mizuki heading toward the door behind me.
And right as she passed right next to me, she suddenly lifted her face.
“Aoyama… Yuzuki?”
For some reason.
No real basis, no logic at all—just a pure gut feeling.
I feel like I’ve met her before.
The one who just walked past me isn’t Aoyama Mizuki.
It’s the younger sister, Yuzuki.
And before I knew it, the words slipped out.
“…Huh?”
Aoyama stopped walking when she heard my voice.
“Ah, no, sorry.”
“…Who are you? Do you know my sister?”
“Uh? Well, yeah, I’m in Yuzuki-san’s class—”
“Oh, okay. But sorry, I’m the older sister, Mizuki.”
“R-right, yeah. Sorry, my bad.”
I hurriedly looked back at the magazine, and she just kept walking out of the store.
Cool air slipped in through the still-open automatic door, making the magazine in my hand flutter a little.
Eventually the door closed.
After that, I bought a drink and left the store.
