Chapter 7 – A Brief Rest and Disaster –

Hello, this is Rita. It turns out that sensei had mastered alchemy so well that he could create a homunculus. Sensei really is a genius. Being younger or older is trivial. I pat Fii’s head, who is crying. The booze must be making her emotional. I know exactly what Fii is going through, because I’ve been there for her these past two years. That’s why I wanted to say thank you in some way.

But there was no reply. Now I was walking around town with Fii on my back. Fii’s house is on the top floor of my new apartment building. Yes, the whole floor.
