The next morning, when I woke up, my hazy eyes met Nami-san’s glistening ruby colored eyes.

“Nami-san?”

“Good morning, Seiji-kun~♡”

It looks like Nami-san didn’t go home. I thought so with a fuzzy head after lazily waking up from a relaxing sleep.

“Good morning.”

I greeted her with a slight smile as I tried standing up from where I was, but failed miserably.

My body was aching all over because I slept on the sofa, and it was too uncomfortable.

“You didn’t go home?”

“Yeah, because I thought your house would have been left unlocked all night if I had gone back to my house.”

“Oh, now that you mentioned it, that was indeed a bit careless of me. I’m sorry and thank you.”

“If Seiji-kun had given me a duplicate key, I could have slept on the soft bed in my own house.”

Nami deliberately rubs her lower back with a painful expression on her face.

“Did you hurt yourself, by any chance?”

“I fell asleep on the table so it does hurt a little bit.”

“I’m sorry, because of me you have to spend your night that way. Are you alright?”

“Hmm… My back do hurt a little because someone fell asleep first~”

“What can I do for you so that you can forgive me?”

Nami grinned and held out her hand toward me.

“I’m not sure what to do with your hand.”

“Fufu~ A duplicate key!”

“Don’t tell me you want me to give you a duplicate key to my house?”

“Is that no good?”

Nami-san tilted her head coquettishly and stared at me in expectation.

I almost subconsciously nodded because of her adorable gestures.

However, I shook my head, thinking back to last night when Nami-san told me that she was going to attack me.

“By the way, what are you going to do with the duplicate key?”

“Of course. I’m going to make you some food and also do some house chores, maybe attack when you are defenseless…”

Though she said the last part in a murmur, I still picked on it and those words left me completely baffled.

“I really want to cook delicious food for you, Seiji-kun!”

I guess it will be okay to give my keys to her. After all who can resist such delicious cooking

I still remember the taste of yesterday’s curry and rice, and my feelings wavered.

The mere thought of eating her delicious cooking was very appealing to me.

“Are you sure you won’t do anything other than that?”

“I can’t say I won’t, but I’ll do my best!”

“I see, I’ll give you the duplicate keys.”

“Eh, really! Is it okay?!”

“Yes. In return, please let me eat your delicious cooking.”

“Yeah, I guarantee you that I won’t betray your expectations~♪”

Succumbing to the temptation of delicious food, I got up from the sofa and headed to my room to retrieve the duplicate keys of my house.

“Well, if it’s Nami-san then it will be okay to give this to her.”

With a slight twist of my head, I took the duplicate key out of the desk drawer and returned to the living room.

“I brought it for you… Nami-san? What’s that?”

“Ah, you finally noticed it~ It’s been on the table for a while.”

“Oh, I didn’t notice it at all.”

When I returned back to the living room with the spare key, I saw Nami-san holding something that looked like a box wrapped in a paper with cute designs.

“Yes, happy birthday~♪ I was actually going to give it to you yesterday, but I completely forgot about it after we drank together. I’m really sorry.”

“No, I’m happy just to receive it from you. Thank you very much.”

After accepting the gift from her, I handed over the duplicate keys to Nami-san.

“Can I open it?”

“Fufu~ I finally got Seiji-kun’s house key… Ah, sure, go ahead.”

Sitting on the sofa, I carefully peeled off the wrapping paper. Inside the box was another box, I gently opened the lid of the box which was safely kept inside.
