Chapter 88: Three Years Later

Three years had passed since the founding of Alphonse Kingdom. Which meant, three years had passed since I became a king. Thinking back, I realized that my first year ruling was mostly filled with a whirlwind of confusion. Everything was new to me. I had to feel my way through it all. It was thanks to Lean that I could go this far. Lean was… Quite a character to say the least. 

Another important fact that happened in the span of three years were children. When we first raised our child, everything wasn’t all that difficult because in this world, there were plenty of people eager to help take care of them. While I was grateful for the endless support, but I also made sure I spent quality time with my children. I showered my children with love and of course… I also didn’t forget to shower my wives with love too.

By the way, Tia and the others were currently pregnant for the third time. So far, all of my children were boys. Every time a boy was born, the whole world celebrated and for some reason I was granted the nickname ‘Savior of the World’. That nickname was definitely too heavy for me. 

“What are you thinking about, El?”

“Tia.”

“You’re about to leave soon, right?’

“Yeah..”

I gently embraced the pregnant Tia, imprinting her warmth into my memory. Just like what Tia said, I had to leave Alphonse Kingdom to go to one of our allied nations, Yandar Kingdom. I couldn’t take my pregnant wives with me and although I was worried about them, I had to fulfill my duties as a king. I could never let war happen again. War didn’t benefit anyone. And so, I departed from Alphonse Kingdom and headed to Yandar Kingdom. The Kingdom of Yandar was located to the northeast of our kingdom. It was a kingdom surrounded by forests and rich in natural beauty. The journey would take me around 2 weeks. Until now, I had been interacting with the Yandar Kingdom through letters. This was my first time visiting Yandar Kingdom. Well, the same could be said with our other allied nations. There were various matters that needed to be discussed and tested among many other things…

Upon arriving in the Kingdom of Yandar, the citizens of Yandar gave me a warm and grand welcome. I was guided to the throne room in Yandar Castle and..

“King El, we’ve been expecting you.”

“Thank you for your warm welcome, Your Majesty.”

This person was Queen Yandar. This was the second time I met her in person. The first time was when she visited Alphonse Kingdom after I became king. 

“Now then, let’s drop the formalities, King El.”

“I would appreciate that.”

“Then let’s proceed with the things we’ve discussed in the letter… That….”

“Yes. That’s precisely the reason why I’m here, Your Majesty…”

“Ju-Just call me Mireille…”

“Of course.”

“Then… Mireille. Are you really sure about this?”

“Yes. Ever since I heard about that, I’ve been hoping I could d-d-d-do it with King El…. The-Then… Shall we go to the bedroom now?”

Mireille said while slightly hiding her blushing face with her long chestnut-colored hair.

And so, Mireille guided me to her bedroom. As for what we were going to do… Well, like I mentioned before, this was the reason why I was here. First, to deepen the relationship between our allied nations and second, to increase the number of men in this world. 

Conflicts in this world usually happened because of the scarcity of men and fortunately, for some reason all the women that I was with were blessed with baby boys without exception. Of course, I had already told Queen Yandar beforehand that I couldn’t guarantee she would get a boy from me. 

Anyway, during my stay in Yandar Kingdom, I formed many intimate relationships with Mireille and many other women of Yandar. Ten months later, I received news that all of them had given birth to boys.
