Chapter 03: The Abandoned Prince Is Taken to the Imperial Capital
“Princess Rosemary, what should we do with these prisoners?”
After I finished treating Princess Rosemary, the Dragoon Knights immediately restrained us without a second thought.
Well, I mean… we were the enemy. I couldn’t really complain about that.
“But, uh… why am I the only one getting swords pointed at me?”
My subordinates were just tied up with ropes, while I had multiple blades aimed at me.
It was terrifying.
Sure, even if they stabbed me or cut my head off, I wouldn’t die… but pain was still pain, and fear was still fear.
As I was thinking that, a female Dragoon Knight—who seemed to be Rosemary’s second-in-command—pressed her sword against my neck and spoke.
“You dared to lay your filthy hands on Princess Rosemary’s sacred body. That alone is punishable by death.”
“Wha—!? N-No!! I don’t want to die!! At least let me put on some clothes first!! Please, anything but dying naked!! Dying naked is the worst!!”
As I desperately resisted, Rosemary finally stepped in to stop them.
“I told you to stand down, Ria.”
“B-But…”
“That boy is my savior. Since this is a battlefield, we will take him as a prisoner, but treat him with respect.”
“…Understood.”
Thanks to Rosemary, I barely avoided getting executed.
And just like that, we were taken away.
Fortunately, it didn’t seem like they were planning to torture us.
Instead, we were blindfolded, placed in a carriage, and transported somewhere unknown.
“Aah, seriously!! This is all your fault, Your Highness!!”
“S-Sorry! But in the end, everyone was okay with it, right?”
“Did you say something?”
“…Nothing at all.”
“Honestly, Your Highness, you always—”
Even while blindfolded, I could tell my second-in-command was lecturing me, while my subordinates chuckled in the background.
Despite being in obvious danger, they still had the nerve to be so relaxed. I had to admit, I was kind of proud of them.
Maybe my second-in-command was deliberately scolding me to lighten the mood.
…That was on purpose, right?
There was no way he was just using me as an excuse to entertain everyone out of sheer personal spite… right?
I really wanted to believe that.
“Hey, you.”
The carriage had been moving for quite a while.
I wasn’t sure how long exactly, but after two or three days, it finally came to a stop.
A voice called out to me—the same woman who had pressed a sword to my neck earlier.
Right, Rosemary had called her Ria.
“You, come with me. The others will be taken to a separate room.”
“W-What are you planning to do with my subordinates?”
“…Relax. No one’s going to eat them. They’ll be treated properly as prisoners. That’s an order from Princess Rosemary.”
“Oh… okay. Then, what about me?”
“No idea. The only order I received was to bring you to her.”
Blindfolded, I was pulled along by the arm and guided somewhere unknown.
After a while, the blindfold was suddenly removed.
Light flooded my vision, making me feel dizzy for a moment.
As my eyes adjusted, I realized that standing right in front of me was Rosemary.
“Whoa. Huge.”
“A-At least try not to stare at my chest so much.”
Was it because I was short? Or because Rosemary was just that tall?
Either way, my line of sight was directly level with her very well-endowed chest.
…Gulp.
No, no, focus! First, I needed to figure out where I was.
“Where is this… wait, what?”
I glanced around and froze.
It looked like a castle.
No—it was a castle.
As someone who had lived in a royal palace before, I recognized it immediately.
We were inside a castle.
But obviously, this wasn’t the royal castle of Agarham Kingdom.
The architecture was different, confirming my suspicion.
Rosemary and I were standing in front of a massive set of doors, deep inside the castle’s halls.
“Uh… don’t tell me this is…”
“Hmm, you’re quick on the uptake. This is the imperial castle, located at the heart of the Holy Dragoon Empire’s capital.”
“…You’re kidding.”
I had assumed we were being transported to some military base as prisoners…
But the imperial capital itself? Yeah, I did not see that coming.
“W-What are you planning to do with me? Just so you know, my subordinates call me ‘Your Highness,’ but I don’t actually have any royal authority anymore. I was abandoned. I’m worthless even as a hostage.”
“Hmm? So you… no, you were once royalty of Agarham?”
“…Wait. Did I just dig my own grave?”
As I started panicking internally, Rosemary let out a soft chuckle.
Damn it, no fair. A beautiful woman looking that cute when she laughs should be illegal.
“My apologies. I am Rosemary, the Seventh Imperial Princess of the Dragoon Empire.”
“S-Seventh Princess? Are you serious?”
“Yes, very serious. And you are?”
“…Reyshel. Also, just so you know, I’m not as young as I look. I’m actually twenty.”
“Hmm? W-We’re the same age? I see. My apologies. But… Reyshel, huh. That is the same name as the former crown prince of Agarham. A fine name.”
Rosemary smiled gently, but then her expression quickly turned serious.
“Sir Reyshel. Your healing magic… it is not ordinary, is it?”
“W-What makes you think that?”
“…Hmm. I am about to show you something. I ask that you try not to be too surprised.”
“Huh?”
With that, Rosemary removed the earring from one of her ears.
The moment she did, her appearance began to change.
Two horns sprouted from her head, and from her lower back, a pair of crimson-scaled wings and a tail emerged.
“This earring is a magic tool imbued with transformation magic. When I ride wyverns, my horns and wings tend to scare them for some reason. So, I use this to hide them.”
“I-I see. So the rumors about the Dragoon Empire’s royal family being dragonkin were true.”
I vaguely remembered reading somewhere that dragonkin were the strongest race, surpassing elves in magic, beastmen in physical strength, dwarves in craftsmanship, and even humans in intelligence.
“But… what does that have to do with my power?”
“Dragonkin possess incredibly strong bodies. However, because of that, they also have an extremely high resistance to magic—including healing magic. It doesn’t work on us.”
“Wait, what!? T-That’s a pretty unexpected weakness… Ah.”
“It seems you’ve realized it. Yes, Sir Reyshel—your power was able to heal my wounds effortlessly.”
I pieced the situation together.
“S-So, basically… there’s a dragonkin—no, a royal dragonkin—that you want me to heal?”
“I appreciate how quickly you understand. This has not yet been made public, but my mother—the Empress—was attacked by assassins and cursed with a deadly spell. She has been in a coma ever since. Please, I beg you, save my mother.”
Ugh… Helping the enemy nation’s ruler felt a little questionable.
But if I refused, who knew what would happen to my subordinates?
And I had no idea what they’d do to me, either.
…Guess I didn’t really have a choice.
“Alright. But in exchange, I want you to guarantee the safety and rights of my subordinates and me.”
“O-Of course!! I swear it!! Thank you!!”
“Oof!?”
“A-Ah, my apologies… I got a little excited…”
Rosemary suddenly hugged me, and my head ended up buried in her very large chest.
My motivation skyrocketed.
Let the people of Agarham call me a traitor if they wanted—I didn’t care.
They were the ones who betrayed me first. I was going to live by my choices.
…And no, my sudden determination had nothing to do with Rosemary’s incredible chest.
…Nope. Not at all.
“Leave it to me, Your Highness Rosemary. No matter what kind of injury it is, I’ll heal it. Poison, curses—doesn’t matter. I’ll wipe them out in one go.”
“Oh! That’s reassuring!! Her Majesty is inside this room.”
Apparently, the Dragoon Empress was just beyond the large doors in front of us.
Rosemary knocked.
There was no response, but after a brief pause, she pushed the doors open.
Inside was a spacious room.
At the center was a massive canopy bed, the kind that looked ridiculously comfortable.
And lying on that bed was a woman, fast asleep.
“…O-Oh…”
A breath of awe escaped my lips.
The woman sleeping on the bed was stunning—like a perfectly crafted doll.
Long, snow-white hair, flawless pale skin, and such incredibly refined features that they almost felt unreal.
She was even taller than Rosemary.
Since she was lying down, I couldn’t tell her exact height, but she had to be well over two meters.
And on top of that, she was incredibly curvy.
Her chest was at least three times bigger than those massive watermelons you see in supermarkets during summer.
Her waist was slim, and her thighs were thick and shapely.
With the horns on her head, the dragon wings and tail extending from her waist, it was obvious at a glance—
This woman was the ruler of the Dragoon Empire.
“S-She’s beautiful.”
“Hmph. Hearing my mother praised doesn’t feel bad.”
“…But…”
Something felt off.
The air in the room was heavy, stagnant.
It seemed like no one had been ventilating it properly. The air was a little dusty—
Not exactly ideal conditions for someone who was bedridden.
“The air in here is pretty stale.”
“…Yes. I had ordered the maids to care for Her Majesty while I was away… but those fools clearly failed me.”
“What have the maids been doing?”
“They must have taken the rumors too seriously—the ones claiming that the death curse is contagious. I refuse to believe they simply abandoned her while I was gone. It makes me want to snap their necks myself.”
Oof. Yeah.
An angry beauty is terrifying.
“A-Ah, my apologies. Can you begin the treatment right away?”
“Y-Yeah. Uh, just so you know, my ability requires direct contact, so, um…”
“Ah… I see. Understood. I will remove my mother’s garments myself.”
And so, the Empress of the Dragoon Empire was stripped bare before me as I reached out to place my hands on her body.
Just to clarify—this was strictly a medical procedure.

At the very least please make bro 165cm or something, 159 at most is just sad
Especially when it seems most of the heroines are gonna be 2 meters tall, lol.
Strong “ara ara” vibes in this one.
