“Very well. The changing rooms are just outside the reception area, so please use them to change into your training wear. The training facilities are on the second floor, so after changing, please go up those stairs to the training area.” 

“Yes, understood. By the way, I won’t be using it today, but when using the pool, do we change into swimwear in those same changing rooms?” 

“Ah, no. The heated pool facility is on the first basement floor, and if you’re using the pool, please don’t use these changing rooms but rather the pool-specific changing rooms on the first basement floor.”

To summarize briefly, the first floor had the reception and changing rooms, while the second floor had the gym facilities, and the first basement floor had the heated pool and swimwear-specific changing rooms. There was also a men-only room, but since I had no intention of ever using it, I didn’t need to know where it was.

“If you don’t know how to use any equipment or have questions, please feel free to ask any nearby staff members, and they’ll be happy to help. Have a good workout!”

After the receptionist said this, we left the reception area.

“Alright, let’s change and head to the second floor.” 

“Y-yes, understood! I’ll go change now.” 

“Okay, see you soon.”

Saying that, we each headed to our respective changing rooms.
