The leader of the guild is the Mayor of Lyon himself, Gregorio, making it a very dangerous underground guild.

Moreover, surprisingly, it was not until the latter part of the story where all the misdeeds of Gregorio are exposed by the protagonist. Until then, the fact that the Mayor of Lyon himself was the head of the biggest underground guild in the kingdom remained hidden from everyone.

The story is so meticulously planned that I dropped some tears when I finished the game.
