Scum-lesse Oblige, I Have Been Reincarnated as a Scum Villain in an 18+ Game World, and I Absolutely Want to Grasp the Mob Life with the Power of My Knowledge of the Original Story - Chapter 12
Second Secret Plan
Some time has passed since I meet that guard who tried to suddenly attack me saying, ‘I won’t let am ordinary kid like you get in my way!’.
It was truly incredible.
I’m deeply touched.
That man acknowledged my true self.
He praised my ability to blend among the background characters.
Towards the end, he looked at me with a terrified expression on his face.
He must have been terrified of Enrique’s formidable appearance.
Well, I understand how he felt.
Even though I have known Enrique for a while now, there are still moments that gives me shivers when I look at him.
For him too meet Enrique for the first time, it must have been quite overwhelming.
With those thoughts in mind, I leave the dimly lit club and make my way towards the soiree.
What awaits me when I arrive at the soiree—
“U-Ultos…we’ll be counting on you for taking care of our territory from now on…!”
“Yes father. We can continue the conversation at the mansion.”
“Ul-chan…you’ve grown so splendidly while I was away…”
“Mother, you’re looking rather tipsy. You’ve never been good with alcohol, so please take care of yourself.”
That’s right.
Both of my parents are completely intoxicated.
Even when they are this drunk, it’s remarkable that they didn’t utter a single offensive word.
They are truly good people.
If they didn’t have their little flaws, they could have been really popular in the game…
“However, I can’t help but to be amazed.”
Enrique says so as he lifts my father.
“Yeah, the extravagant lifestyle of the nobles is truly something else.”
Looking around, there are so many nobles who has passed out.
It seems that the good nobles have either immediately returned to their territories after the conference or cut their gatherings short.
Father and Mother must have stayed here at the soiree because they are too kind.
“Alright, with this, we’ve secured Father and Mother.”
“So, what’s our next move, young master?”
“Let’s head back to the mansion for now.”
Then, we head towards the exit of the soiree.
Of course, as we are heading to the exit, some of Gregorio’s men try to stop us.
“Hey, where are you going…!?”
However, Enrique takes care of them effortlessly.
Enrique is not bad at all, he took care of those men so easily even though he is carrying father on his back.
“Hmm…that’s strange.”
…what is the meaning of this?
I’m starting to think that Gregorio’s men are strangely weak.
However, I can’t complain about this at all.
It seems like I’m having some incredible luck.
To be honest, when I was planning my move for the Lyon event, my biggest concern was the strength of Gregorio’s men.
In the story, the protagonist, Seig, eventually clashes with Gregorio in the latter part of the game.
The main character will be tormented by Gregorio.
Gregorio is a formidable antagonist who plays a dual role of the mayor in public and controlling Lyon’s underground guild in secret.
However, I have a big question in my mind—
Yes, the strength of the Gregorio faction in the later part of the story can be reasonably estimated based on actual gameplay.
However, it’s important to remember that this is a story set many years in the future.
In other words, at this point in Lyon, I actually have no idea about the actual strength of the Gregorio faction.
During this time in the story, the main protagonist merely gets beaten up by the thieves, and there is no direct confrontation with the Gregorio faction.
Therefore, I have no idea about Gregorio faction’s current strength.
What I do know at this point is that Seig’s father, the captain of the knights of Lyon, is likely the strongest here.
Apart from that, everything is uncertain.
What’s even more troublesome is that there are no levels in this world.
So, I can only estimate the opponent’s strength vaguely.
For instance, my combat abilities right now are almost on par with Enrique’s. However, it seems that Enrique can beat the thugs from the Gregorio faction effortlessly, so that means they are far weaker than Enrique and me.
Well, that’s practically how I vaguely estimate their strength—
I look in front of me…
“Damn it…! What is he doing here? How can a man as strong as him get involved in this!?”
The members of Gregorio faction are helplessly being defeated by Enrique, a former F-rank adventurer.
Speaking of which, even that man who praised me earlier was easily defeated by Enrique.
He must be really weak.
It seems that instead of recruiting adventurers, they were just recruiting random people with scary faces, rough look or struggling actors.
There is no way an adventurer is that weak.
In other words, the organisation that is led by Gregorio will be very strong in the future.
However, at this point, it seems like that they are having a shortage of capable personnel.
That’s why there are so many weak thugs gathered here.
Well, it certainly makes sense.
Gregorio probably is able to expand his influence so quickly thanks to this Lyon incident.
In that case, there is a good chance that my plan will work perfectly.
I can’t help but to smile at the thought of it.
—that’s right, after destroying all of the destruction flags, it’s time to return being a mob.
I pick up my speed and head back to the mansion.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When we returned to the mansion, I ask Riera to take care of my parents.
Our mansion at Lyon has its own staff as well, so there shouldn’t be any issues.
Right now, Gregorio is busy with assisting the thieves and taking credit for resolving the crisis.
So, he won’t be coming here.
Then, I enter my room in the mansion.
There sits the luggage I have brought all the way here.
Why is this necessary, you ask?
This is my second secret plan.
I take out the contents of the luggage—
