We walked toward the bench and there, I saw insects on the bench. Two praying mantises. The big praying mantis was eating the small one.

My little sister exclaimed, surprised to see two praying mantises in the middle of a city. 

“Why is the big one eating the small one? Are praying mantises cannibalistic?”

I tilted my head to the side as I observed the gruesome scene unfolding before me.
