“Hey! What’s wrong with you, Auntie?! Pulling a nose-hook move in front of my prince—do you even have any sense of decency!? That’s not just rude, it’s borderline inhumane!”

“You should be grateful I didn’t rip your nose clean off! And another thing—how dare you call a beauty like me an Auntie!? You got a death wish, you little brat!?”

“Excuse me!? From a teen’s perspective, the lot of you are full-on auntie material!”

Kirara’s sharp jab hit hard—so hard that both Ginko and Amaterasu clutched their chests and dropped to their knees like they’d just taken critical damage.

Senju, Yusuke, and Seishiro all slumped in perfect sync.

“So I guess that makes us uncles now…”

Only Yoshimasa, as composed as ever, calmly adjusted his glasses and added,

“From my perspective, anyone who isn’t Yura-san, Miyahara-san, or the Minazuki sisters is basically an old man or woman.”

Meanwhile,

“Hold up, aren’t you supposed to be on the enemy’s side!? What’re you doing getting charmed while trying to do the charming!? You total airhead!”

“I’ve never met a guy immune to my charm before! He stole my first time, so he’s officially my prince now!”

“Could you maybe not phrase it like that!?”

Koume and Kirara locked foreheads, eyes blazing, sparks practically flying between them.

Kirara, meanwhile, still hadn’t realized that her charm had no effect on Koume either.

“Ahahaha! You let your guard down!”

As everyone watched the two girls butt heads,

Onsa Abe suddenly snapped her restraints and clenched her fists with a fiery grin.

“Nope! There wasn’t an opening to begin with!”

The first target Onsa went for… was Natsuki.

She charged at him with a clenched fist, pouring an absurd amount of spiritual power into her punch.

“Oh right… I kinda forgot we tied her up with regular rope.”

Her fist flew straight toward Natsuki’s face.

If it landed on a normal person, they’d probably end up splattered on the ground like a crushed tomato.

But… she picked the wrong guy to mess with.

Natsuki never had openings. And even if he did, he could draw his demonic sword faster than her fist could fly.

“C’mon, now. Like we’d just let someone deck our captain that easy.”

Before Natsuki even had to move, Senju was already there.

He caught Onsa’s fist, twisted around, and slammed her onto the floor in one smooth motion, pinning her down like it was nothing.

“…Whoops.”

“Yura! You can’t just slice everything that moves! What if you’d ended up cutting the Minazuki family’s brand-new gym in half!? Forget this girl—I still haven’t tried the sauna or hot spring yet!”

“Ah—crap! You’re right! Sorry, I’ve got this condition where I instinctively slash at anything that attacks me.”

“Even Jack the Ripper would’ve come up with a better excuse!”

Senju’s reason for stepping in before Natsuki might’ve been kinda selfish…

But everyone from the Minazuki household looked visibly relieved that their freshly-installed gym hadn’t ended up as collateral damage in yet another of Natsuki’s slicing sprees.

“W-What!? I got pinned down this easily…? —Ba-dump.”

“Yura! These sisters are so much trouble! Just slice ‘em already!”

Koume and Kirara were still bickering.

Ginko and Amaterasu were on their knees, sulking with their hands on the floor.

Onsa was blushing, still held firmly in place by Senju.

“…Sooo, what now?”

Natsuki turned to Yusuke, Seishiro, and the Minazuki family for answers.

Everyone tilted their heads at the same time.

“Well, this is a mess,” Yoshimasa muttered with a shrug.

And right then—

“Yura-dono! The Abe family’s heir, Shinonome Abe, has just arrived from Kyoto!”

It was Seiun, the elder advisor of the Minazuki household, who hadn’t been in the room until now. He came running in with a panicked look on his face.

“…Let’s hope this doesn’t turn into a full-blown disaster.”

With those words from young Yoshimasa, the entire room nodded with visible tension.
