“Okay? Now y-you believe us that we don’t have anything to do with Yamazaki or Sagawa?”

Certainly, looking at their conversation, I could see that they have no relation to the photo… However…

I can’t just let go that they tried to blackmail me.

“Hayato, excuse me. Can I take it from here?”

“I understand. I’ll leave it to you.”

After Hayato agreed, I continued on with the conversation.

“You say you don’t have anything to do with Yamazaki, but you threatened me based on Yamazaki’s instructions, right?”

So the blackmailing part was their own doing.

Yamazaki didn’t think that he would stumble based on trivial rumors, right?

“I understand that all the blackmail was your own doing. Anyway, with regards to the photo incident, you should go to the police…”

It looked like they were gonna dump it all on Yamazaki.

But that’s convenient… These guys were small fries compared to him.

With this, it became clear that he is messing with me. He won’t stop there and probably target me and Sara-san.

The possibility of Yamazaki having other acquaintances at the school was still high. If possible, I want Sara-san to avoid being targeted. 

If that’s the case, I don’t have any choice but to destroy him along with tidying up my past.

And Yuzuha too… If she was the one who instigated Yamazaki, I can’t leave her alone.

“Isn’t all of it Yamazaki’s fault?”

I reacted like that and all of them nodded in agreement.

“Then, I’ll put informing the police on hold for now until the case about Yamazaki is settled. In exchange, tell me everything you know about Yamazaki. You guys are not accomplices right? So, tell me everything. Also, I’m still recording the conversation up to now.”

“We-we understand. We’re not associated with Yamazaki so there’s no reason for us to protect him.”

I just told them I’ll put it on hold, not that they are acquitted of their sins.

However, even if I handed them to the police, the probability that these guys were involved were low. And if it reaches Yamazaki and some countermeasures are already prepared, then it’ll be troublesome later on.

The two of them got to know Yamazaki through a person named Sagawa. And in return for introducing them to some girls, they will aid Yamazaki in whatever he requests.

“Kazunari-san, even if you think the police are not a good idea, I think the school should at least be informed and take disciplinary actions.”

Sara-san might be right.

Even if we have a deal, being too lenient is kinda…

“Actually, considering the situation, that might be necessary…”

“Right. It’s troublesome dealing with these idiots, so I’ll report the three of them and be punished for intimidation.”

And about Yamazaki, they said they won’t be involved with him anymore and if I had any questions about him, I’m always welcome to ask.

As for the person named Tagami, who I really didn’t understand until the end, it was told that something happened and suddenly transferred to another school.

After the incident on the rooftop, we moved towards the student council room. Luckily, there was no meeting, so there was no one using it.

The reason for that was I needed to explain everything to Todo-san.

I know that everyone has an idea to some extent but I need to clear it to them, like what I told Sara-san the other day.

I’m glad it was able to go more smoothly than I expected.
