Chapter 11: The Witch of the End Wants to Get Him Drunk

“Haaaa… That Guild Master really is just pushing all the annoying stuff onto me…”

I finished talking with the Guild Master and let out a deep sigh.

The business trip was to the port city of Kairos. Apparently there was a meeting where guild reps from all over would gather, and they wanted me to attend.

Kairos was the place where the next event happened. I really didn’t want to get dragged into trouble, plus there was Ria to think about…

Ria was probably going to get mad when I told her about the trip.

When I turned around, there stood the silver-haired woman—Sia—with a worried look on her face.

Sia suddenly invited me.

For a second, Sia made a face that looked kinda happy for some reason.

We lightly clinked the wooden mugs with a clink and I took a swig of ale.

Even though she said that, her hand kept going to the drink and showed no sign of stopping.

Ria was hugging me from the front, which was different from usual.

“Asta… stay with me forever, okay? If you don’t stay with me… I’ll hate it.”

“She fell asleep…”

Ria said one last mysterious line, then drifted off with peaceful breathing.
