A story about one male employee who occasionally (or perhaps frequently?) goes up in flames as he supports his agency's talents.
Ren Hiori, who had just graduated, landed his first job at a small black company. But due to the president’s sudden misconduct, the company went through a massive round of layoffs, and within a year, Ren found himself unemployed. (Though it was a bit strange to call it a "massive" layoff when the company itself was so small.)
Now, at the age of 23, with the memories of his dreams when he was in university and corporate grind still fresh in his mind, he chose his next job: a major talent agency for female VTubers.
Thanks to the achievements from his previous company, Ren successfully secured a position as a manager. However, it seemed that some rather unpleasant rumors about him had begun circulating within the agency...
And then—and then! By sheer chance, he ended up filling in as a last-minute narrator, and his voice received unexpected praise. Before he knew it, he found himself becoming an official staff member and, essentially, a part of the VTuber team!?
"No way this isn’t gonna cause a scandal."
This is the story of one man, tossed into a world of female VTubers, who occasionally (or perhaps frequently?) bursts into flames as he does his best to support the talents under his care.
