And right on cue, a massive spider monster leapt out from behind the rocks.

“Look out!!!”

“Kyah!!”

I immediately tackled the cat-eared girl to the ground, shielding her from the attack.

Not over yet!! I had to brace for the spider’s follow-up strike—

But before I could, Silesta shredded it with [Blade], and Tiara crushed what was left under her gigantic foot.

…Aaand just like that, it was already over.

“S-Sorry for pushing you down like that…”

It was only then I realized.

My hand was firmly gripping something soft.

Turns out, Meimei actually knew a thing or two about tailoring. Using materials from the monsters Silesta had hunted, she managed to craft us some simple clothes.
