I went there too. I got there just after 11AM and there was already a long line formed in front of the restaurant. There were probably around 50 people queueing.

That’s the thing. Even though there was a long line, but I got in after waiting only for 10 minutes. The turnover rate was insane. I got my food 20 seconds after ordering. No, to be precise, the food suddenly appeared right in front of me without me noticing.

True! Exactly! I couldn’t even tell when Ken-chan placed the food. Furthermore, the ordering system is weird too. Ken-chan told us,”Just shout whatever you want right here and there,” so I did. I just shouted from my seat.

Now hear me out. There was a group of three guys trying to prank Ken-chan by shouting different orders at the same time, but they all got exactly what they ordered. They were so flabbergasted that they stopped messing around  after that.

You see, the restaurant looked small and cozy from the outside, but when you step inside… The inside is insanely big. I thought it was weird, so after I finished eating, I walked around the building. I swear, the inside is bigger than it should be .

Following Kawakita’s cue, everyone in the video call raised their drinks in unison. My restaurant had become amazingly popular thanks to the successful dungeon stream. My friends were celebrating this with me via video call since we all lived far away from each other. We couldn’t meet each other in person that easily, so just being able to share a drink together through video call like this was enough to make me feel incredibly happy. 

“Well, it’s all thanks to my amazing advice.”

Kawakita immediately took the credit for the success of my restaurant. I couldn’t deny it. He was right, but I was still a bit peeved about it. 

“I contributed a lot too, with the streaming equipment I gave to him.”

Higashiguchi added. I had to admit, the streaming gear from him really helped me a lot. 

“I’ve been praying for your success from my side too. It must be thanks to my prayer. Of course, saying I contributed to 60% of it might be a bit too much, but it’s not an exaggeration for me to say I’ve contributed to 50% of it at least.”

The last person in our group, Minamino, boldly proclaimed. He liked to make incredulous claims like this. Of course, we all knew he was just joking. The best way to deal with this was to ignore him. By the way, out of the four of us, Minamino was the only married one. He already had 5 kids, so it was hard for him to find time to talk with us. However, he went out of his way to clear his schedule to join this video call for my sake. 

“Well, whatever the reason is, the taste of success feels so incredibly sweet in my mouth.”

Two weeks had passed since customers started flocking to my restaurant. Rather than slowing down, the crowd only continued to grow with each passing days. I had stocked a lot of high orc and minotaur meat beforehand, but I was nearly running out of meat already. Tomorrow was my day off, so I planned on diving into the dungeon to restock. Tachihi Dungeon was temporarily closed due to the recent irregularity, but since the cause of the irregularity had been eliminated, the dungeon was open to the public again. 

“They said a lower level monster, a griffon, had evolved into its higher form, a black griffon.”

“Yeah. That’s why the other lower level monsters were escaping to the middle levels.”

Sometimes monsters in dungeons could evolve into its higher-tier species and the evolution that had happened this time led to a shift in the territory in the lower levels. This territory dispute caused the weaker monster to flee to the middle level. A party of explorers contracted by the Dungeon Management Agency had taken down the black griffon, so the balance of the dungeon had returned to its original state now.

We were talking about this over drinks when Kawakita suddenly asked. 

“By the way… Ken-chan, when is your next stream?”
