As asked, Ryuusuke climbed the stairs and reached the rooftop. People don’t usually come up since they prefer to have a comfortable lunch in the cafeteria rather than up here in the heat.

Thankfully, today, it was cloudy, and the temperature was fairly good to have a pleasant lunch date with Yuna.

While still breathing roughly, Yuna looked up at him, and suddenly Ryuusuke realized,

“Wait…you rushed to the cafeteria so you can buy this for me?”

She nodded, a smile appearing on her beautiful face, as she said, “You like them, no?”

Ryuusuke was rendered speechless.

He couldn’t help but sigh as he rested his hand on her shoulder before uttering, “You could have fallen and hurt yourself, Yuna…so please don’t do it again.”

The smile on her face slowly dimmed as she softly nodded, understanding her mistake; however, she wasn’t regretting her actions.

Feeling bad for reprimanding(?) her, he said, “Well, it’s true that I love the sweet flavor of it…so thank you.”

The smile returned. Yuna was happy:)

Sitting beside each other, Ryuusuke ate the lunch Yuna prepared and couldn’t stop himself from praising her with each bite.

Yuna was smiling ear to ear with a tinge of blush on her cheeks. She was so elated by the fact that he loved her food that she couldn’t focus on her food at all.

“By the way, Yuna,” Ryuusuke asked, “Did your parents say anything about me?”

Ryuusuke was still slightly apprehensive about their perception of him. Although it seemed that her father was not against their relationship, Ryuusuke could not be a hundred percent sure.

Yuna sensed the nervousness in his voice, and couldn’t help but tease him a little, “By any chance, are you nervous, Ryuu-kun?”

“Of course, I am. They are my future in-laws, I need to make sure that I am well accepted by them.”

Now, all the words she was thinking to say to further tease him evaporated once she heard ‘in-laws.’ The thought of getting married to Ryuusuke was enough to make the girl blush, to the tip of her ear.

“Today, at five.” Yuna voiced; her previous shyness disappearing and a sense of determination appearing in her eyes.

Ryuusuke wanted to say, ‘You are taking this too seriously’ but then he paused. It would be bad to lessen her spirit.

“Ryuu-kun, are you busy after the school?” Hearing her question, Ryuusuke could guess that there was something she wanted to do. However,

“Yeah…remember that software.”

Her eyes turned round, “Ah, yes. I completely forgot. Anyway, it wasn’t anything important; they were just about to discuss things about the stage act.”

Hearing about the act, Ryuusuke couldn’t help but ask, “Do I really have to participate-well, I will participate.”

Yuna was surprised to see him suddenly changing his opinion, urging her to ask, “What happened so suddenly?”

Although she was happy that he was willing to perform with her, she didn’t want him to force himself.

Seeing her closing her eyes, Ryuusuke was about to connect his lips with hers, when suddenly,

“Oh, here you are.” Suddenly, the class rep arrived on the rooftop, urging Ryuusuke to stop.

“Ah, Miyu-” However, much to his shock, suddenly Yuna grabbed his shirt and pulled him in for a kiss, pressing her lips against his.

Miyu paused in her tracks, her eyes stretching wide before she instantly turned around.

“I-I will talk to you later!” Saying so she walked away.
