With great powers, comes a great harem! - Chapter 11- Fiancée~1?
“I am back.” My exhausted voice informed the only resident who lives with me in the house.
“Yuki? You return this early?”The reason Nee-san asked me something like that stems from the fact that she is aware of my newly formed relationship with Shio and also how I told her that today I might return late after school.
“She dropped me off and walked away.”
“Heh? You guys already fought? See, Yuki, Shio-chan is a-”
“It’s not like that, Nee-san.”
I interjected her with slight exasperation. Even though I know it’s not her fault for assuming such things and Nee-san was just trying to look out for me, my irritation from the text I received during the lunch break was still influencing my mood.
“I am sorry for the tone, Nee-san.”
“No…it’s fine…rather, tell me what happened?”
Nee-san walked up to me, wrapped her arms around my frame, and began comforting me like a small child.
Without even knowing what was the deal, she chose to soothe me first…I can’t even speak of what importance she holds in my life.
I calmed my breathing and led her inside.
After quenching my thirst with some juice I returned to Nee-san who heeded my words and was acquiring the couch while waiting obediently.
“Maya called me. She wants to meet in the evening.”
Nee-san’s eyes widened just upon hearing that name, and the content attached to it which involved me, made her instantly panicked.
“M-Maya? Maya Karuizawa? W-What does she want from you all of a sudden?”
Her nervousness was given since the woman in question was an heiress of not some regular family but a worldwide known and feared clan.
Maya despite being a minor still holds enough authority to discharge an assassination spree of minor guild leaders like the one for whom Shio is working. Being a leading contender to succeed to the throne Maya automatically becomes an important figure in society.
My sister was not anxious just for nothing.
“Don’t worry, Nee-san. I am pretty sure she wants to talk about the upcoming clan meeting. Knowing her personality, you don’t have to worry about me getting harmed since for her, I am not worth the time to bother with.”
I know that this sudden meeting must be because of her uncertain future which might go down if she becomes the spouse of *someone like me*.
‘Even I said Nee-san to relax, I should rather play safe….’

Evening at seven I walked toward the place mentioned in the text. I was an hour late for no good reason. I just wanted to rile up Maya for no certain reason.
I knew since this was important for her, she would wait for me. And true to my assumption, an overly expensive car was parked outside the café near the station we live.
*Ting*
Walking into the place, I can already sense the heavy tranquility in the atmosphere and several heads turned in a single direction. Some of them were trying to mask their glances and some were directly staring at the particular seat without bothering to be called a creep.
I sighed and began walking toward the center of their attraction.
Soon my eyes landed on the particular familiar girl who was sipping on her tea with a serene expression, unbothered by the fact that how many people were looking her way.
Rose golden hair cascaded down her shoulder with the same share of eyes adding a sense of appeal to her overall appearance. I didn’t have any desire to check her out with more so I just took the seat opposite her, receiving several tongue clicks and gasps but I paid no mind to them.
As much as they were annoyed by the fact that someone so regular like me was sitting with a goddess-like woman, I myself was feeling out of place as well and wanted nothing more than to leave as soon as I could.
“Greetin-”
“Cut it out and state your matter.” Her formal greetings were unneeded, I have already told her that but well.
She didn’t react to my brute way of talking as she put down the teacup on the saucer soundlessly and brought the crockery over to the table.
A stranger might get nervous about her ojou-like presence and the elegant mannerism she portrays but not me. I have seen her ugly side.
“I see that*you* still hate me as always.” In her dictionary talking with her fiancé yet calling them ‘you’ is impolite so I am guessing that she hasn’t changed at all, as well.
“It’s not hatred rather I am tired of this platonic relationship we carry and the formalities we have to follow.”
I went to the topic without dilly-dallying since I knew Maya was here to dissolve the arrangement our parents made years ago.
Soon a waitress served a cup of black coffee and just from the fragrance, I can tell that it was extra dark without sugar. Strangely, it was just to my taste.
‘So she does remember what I like huh…’ Nothing changed in me for her, even after the realization. Even I know a thing or two about Maya Karuizawa.
“I invite you to talk about that same thing otherwise I do not possess enough time to waste on someone like you.”
…yeah, this is her real self.
Maya was never like this but after she discovered how useless my trait is despite I was the grandson of such a remarkable person, she lost interest in me and began spitting venom.
But I was not angered, rather vexed that she called me all the way here to insult me.
“Are you done showing me how inferior I am to the great Untouchable War Prodigy, or maybe you have something else to belittle this shameless self of mine?”
I never took her insult silently without any retaliation, even when I didn’t have these powers since self-respect is something I have preserved since childhood.
And to wash it away just because this girl belongs to a prominent clan and holds an exceptional skill? No way.
Maya remained silent for a bit, staring at me with those usual emotionless eyes before she proposed something which I could have never thought of coming from her.
“Would you become my slave?”
