When the person I used to admire, turned out to be a Yandere! - Chapter 30- Kento Rei

Kento Rei was the newly appointed manager of Lavender Fashion. He has worked for many stars before but since he has been working without any backing, he had to go unemployed for several months before he got himself a contract.

However, after joining Lavender Fashion which was a big modeling brand in Tokyo, Rei began to grow his territories and naturally brought numerous benefits to the company.

Within a year Rei helped eighteen new models in their big debut and worked with some big settled stars as well. Of course, he had his fair share of fun with those girls as well, whom he helped to land their foot in the modeling industry, using Lavender fashion as a medium.

However, Rei wasn’t happy with these small fish along with some occasional popular stars who gave him momentary profit. Even though he says big stars, they were on the level where they could win national or maybe international awards at best. None of them came near that big fish Rei was targeting for a long time.

Harada Emiko.

He remembered seeing her interview a year ago when he just joined Lavender Fashion. A woman who has only seen success in her life whether she walked on the stage as an idol, businesswoman, or model. Harada Emiko was the perfect woman Rei could have found to settle down.

He was confident in his charm and skills in bed. He has never left a woman unsatisfied and those with whom he slept always get to fall in love with him. He even was the reason for one of the big model’s divorce but he didn’t accept that woman, rather changed the city for some time.

However, with that face and achievement Emiko possessed, Rei knew he would no longer need to hunt. She was the perfect match for him and he was prepared to work extra hard to get her.

From there on, his every move, and every project was to get closer to Emiko. He even tried approaching her at one of those parties but only to be ignored. However, his motive never wavered as he did his best to rise to that position where he could approach Emiko, officially.

And now that the day has come when his company was also supporting him and the odds were also on his way, Rei finally arrived at the office of the big fish he has been admiring and desiring since last year.

He indeed had to wait for like five hours in the office but Rei remained patient and waited for this moment when he would be sitting in front of the woman he desired to possess.

Harada Emiko was finally in front of him.

“So, what can I do for you?”

Be mine…was what Rei wanted to spout but he held the urge for later. He had to weave his way to her bed, but hurrying even a bit could be counterproductive. More so, when Rei knows that the woman has a special relationship with that guy with whom she was walking around a little while ago.

‘Seriously, he didn’t even seem rich…’ Rei decided to do some research on this ‘Haru-kun’ after he exited the place. But right now, he had to maintain his focus on the woman.

“As from what my sources informed me, Harada-san only has an assistant but no manager currently. I may not be up to the”

“Since you have researched about me that much, I am sure you must have known how I never appoint a male as my employee, right? So please enjoy the coffee and leave the place. I have something more important to focus on.”

Rei seemed flabbergasted hearing the quick response from the girl. He never got the chance to brag about his achievements and what he could do for her to become a more stunning star.

Seeing her depart without having any intention of looking back at him, Rei panicked before he rose to his feet and called for the girl, “You say you don’t allow any male around you but wasn’t a guy clinging to you a minute ago? I believe you prefer a much younger person as your manager. Or is he just a plaything?”

Rei knew he had gone a little too far but he had nothing to lose here. He knew if Emiko walked away today, he wouldn’t get any other opportunity to have a conversation with her. Forget about being her manager or anything else.

He had to use all his cards right here and now.

“No one from the industry knows that Harada Emiko has such a relationship with a man. Your record is all white until now…but is that still true?”

Walking up to her, Rei stood in front of the woman, who had no specific emotion on her face.

Great. That younger guy seemed to have a close relationship with Emiko so Rei could use that card to snake his way into her life somehow.

However, before he could say anything more, it was Emiko who took the initiative.

“So you are blackmailing me so you can get this job, right?”

“I won’t go that far but-”

Rei never got the chance to finish his words as he saw Emiko taking out her phone and dialing a number.

Connecting the phone to her ear, she just spoke two words before disconnecting the call.

“Send in.”

It didn’t take long before a lady walked in and forwarded a file to Rei, not Emiko.

“Check it.” As the employee went out, Emiko suggested.

Despite being bewildered Rei clipped off the file before turning the page…only to find his eyes widening.

His fingers traced the corner of the page before he flipped to see the next page and next and next. Every single page contained the list of women Rei helped with their start-up and slept with. The information relates to when he went in and out motel with them or their houses. Even some pictures of them being involved in sexual activities were attached to the reports. The TV star with whom Rei hooked up and caused her divorce was also there.

‘How this can be…’ His mind was thrown into turmoil seeing all the evidence that could ruin his life and career in an instant. A single one of these reports was enough to fuck his life over.

“Not only this but as the new owner of your Lavender fashion I am firing you right at this moment. You can have your confirmation after walking out of my office. So if you don’t want these scandals to go around, don’t dare bother me or show that face of yours again.”

Just as Emiko was about to walk past him and get back to her lover as soon as she could, Rei turned on his feet and grabbed her wrist with a rigid grip.

“You think you-hnnnnggg!!!” Before he could continue, Emiko used her taser to make the man tremble in literal shock. She removed her hand from his grasp before calling for guards.

“You know what you have to do.” Emiko has envisioned this kind of scenario that’s why she has kept the guards around the room, just in case. Since an employee was monitoring the conference room, Emiko didn’t have any concerns about getting overpowered by Rei.

She didn’t take any chances this time around.

Truth be told, she had a very bad urge to beat the blond bastard with her own hand but the thought of touching the filthy piece of trash made her skin crawl in disgust.

She didn’t leak the information regarding the models with whom the bastard had slept but she helped them get out of this filth and get a real life in the modeling world. And about the person named Kento Rei then no one would have to get concerned about him any longer.

Seeing the guards departing through the secret passage built in the conference room, Emiko couldn’t help sighing.

“Damn…never knew I would need this…” Taking out a cigarette from the nearby drawer, she decided it wouldn’t hurt to take a few puffs before returning to her Haru-kun.

But just as she lit the cigarette and took the first smoke, the doors of the conference room parted, revealing a shocked Haruki from the other side.

“E-Emiko…”
