When I Reincarnated as the Villain of a Game World, I Created a Harem and Broke the Protagonist's Heart and Efforts! - Chapter 62 : Reincarnator
Chapter 62 : Reincarnator
My name is Rein.
This year, as I turned sixteen, I somehow possessed memories of a world different from this one.
In other words, I am what you would call a reincarnator.
I realized I had been reincarnated when I was three years old.
Born to parents who ran a small bakery in the Imperial Capital, one day, while they were distracted with work, I fell hard and hit my head on the ground.
At that moment, memories of my previous life surged into my mind. Overwhelmed by the sudden influx of information, I lost consciousness.
When I woke up, I had fully recalled my past life and understood that I had been reincarnated.
From the day I realized my reincarnation, I began taking various actions.
For example, I used the books at home to learn about common sense, history, geography, and about the kingdoms of this world. I also practiced magic, which is common in this world.
Thanks to this, I discovered that I possess a cheat ability, a staple in reincarnation stories.
My cheat ability is the power to manipulate magic freely. While this may sound mundane, it is actually an incredibly powerful ability.
In this world, using magic requires the consumption of internal magic power, which is limited.
Therefore, a magician can only use a certain amount of magic each day.
However, thanks to my cheat ability, I am not bound by this limitation and can use magic freely without restriction. I can easily cast advanced spells that others hesitate to use due to their high magic consumption.
Additionally, my cheat ability has another remarkable aspect.
I can create magic that does not exist in this world, essentially producing any spell I desire on the spot.
Normally, creating magic involves adhering to many rules and can take years. But thanks to my cheat ability, I can immediately use any magic I wish for. Although I couldn’t create overly powerful spells like instant death magic, these two powers alone make me incredibly strong — strong enough to easily defeat a final boss in an isekai reincarnation story.
With this in mind, I spent my days eagerly practicing and developing my magic, and soon I turned fourteen.
Around this time, my parents informed me that in the Luvia Empire, one must enter the Magic Academy between the ages of fifteen and eighteen.
At that moment, I realized that I was the protagonist of this world.
Reincarnated with a cheat ability and attending a magic academy at the age of fifteen — it’s something straight out of a protagonist’s story. I also heard that many noble students also attend this academy.
How could I not be the protagonist?
From that day, I eagerly anticipated the protagonist-like developments that lay ahead, looking forward to turning fifteen.
However, one day I thought, “Wouldn’t I be even more dominant if I mastered more magic before entering the academy?” So, I decided to delay my enrollment by a year and join at sixteen instead.
Little did I know that this decision would be the biggest mistake of my life.

Several weeks have passed since I entered the Magic Academy.
I have come to realize that reality is not so sweet.
I was placed in a class composed entirely of commoners, where we only had theoretical lessons daily to close the educational gap with nobles by next year. Opportunities to showcase my magic skills or win consecutive mock battles, as I had imagined, were almost nonexistent.
Moreover, the sheer amount of content to learn each day has left me slightly behind in understanding the material. The only solace is that my classmates are in the same situation.
However, among my classmates, there were two students who excel and handle the lessons with ease, they were Lilia-san and Lulua-san.
These two sisters, despite being commoners, possess exceptional learning abilities, effortlessly answering any questions the teachers ask without making mistakes. They are also beautiful and reportedly scored high marks on the pre-enrollment proficiency tests.
They are the epitome of perfection. Moreover, their kind personalities have made them immensely popular among the first-year commoners, attracting both boys and girls during the short breaks between classes.
I also have developed feelings for Lulua-san, the younger sister. I first noticed her during the proficiency test when I watched her mock battle. Her remarkable skill and dignified demeanor captivated me at first sight.
Though Lilia-san called her away shortly after, preventing me from speaking with her much, I was thrilled to find out we were in the same class.
Initially, I tried several times to approach Lulua-san and get to know her. However, as the sisters were always surrounded by people, my lack of confidence held me back, and I never managed to speak with her.
“If only I could talk to her somehow,” I sighed.
It was just after class had ended and a longer lunch break had begun. I sat at my desk, by the window in the last row, watching the two sisters surrounded by many students near the front of the classroom.
“Lulua-san, Lilia-san, would you like to have lunch together today?”
“We’ve also invited some boys from the neighboring class. Come join us.”
From the conversation I overheard, it seemed the female students were inviting Lulua-san and Lilia-san to lunch. However, the sisters wore apologetic expressions.
“Sorry, we already have plans today.”
“Really? That’s too bad.”
“Yes. We apologize, but please invite us again another time.”
“Okay. We’ll see you later then.”
The female students waved as they left the classroom. Watching them leave, the sisters also stood up and headed out.
“I should get going for lunch too.”
I usually eat lunch in the cafeteria on campus, so I stood up and began to leave, thinking about what to eat today. Suddenly, a confident voice echoed through the classroom.
“Is there anyone named Lilia or Lulua here?”
Looking toward the source of the voice, I saw a male student with blond hair standing at the front of the classroom, flanked by two other male students. They were likely nobles, considering they referred to the sisters as commoners.
As I pondered this, the sisters, who hadn’t left the classroom yet, approached the noble students.
“Are you looking for us?”
“You’re Lilia and Lulua?”
“Yes.”
The noble student eyed them from head to toe, then smirked and spoke.
“You have excellent looks, just as the rumors said.”
“Rumors?”
“What, you didn’t know? In the noble class, there’s a rumor about beautiful sisters named Lilia and Lulua in the commoner class.”
“Is that so?”
I was surprised. I didn’t expect the sisters to be famous even among the noble class. This indicated just how exceptional and beautiful they were.
“So, you were looking for us to confirm these rumors? We have plans after this, so we’d like to leave soon.”
“Wait a minute. I have a great offer for you.”
“An offer?”
“Yes.”
The noble student took a small breath and declared confidently.
“I will make you both my concubines, as the future head of the Monoco Earl House.”
“No, thank you.”
“No way that is going to happen.”
They rejected him instantly.
The noble student froze, evidently not expecting such a refusal, as did his two companions.
“If you have no further business with us, we’ll take our leave.”
The sisters walked past the noble students and headed toward the classroom door. The companions, snapping back to reality, reached out to stop them but failed to grab their arms.
“Huh?”
The companions’ extended hands were twisted and crushed, causing their faces to contort in pain.
“Aaaagh!”
“My hand, my hand! It hurts… it hurts so much!”
“What the… Why are their hands…”
The noble student finally broke from his stupor as he heard the screams of his companions. His face turned pale when he saw their arms twisted in unnatural directions.
However, Lilia-san and Lulua-san remained expressionless, as if accustomed to such sights. To me, it seemed they were used to witnessing such scenes. My mind began to swirl in confusion.
While trying to keep my thoughts in order, I heard another voice.
[Collapse]
“Ah!”
The remaining undamaged arms of the noble student and the ones accompanying him were also twisted and crushed.
The noble student, unable to endure the sudden pain, fainted with a brief scream.
The classroom was enveloped in an awkward silence.
No one dared to speak a single word.
“Let’s go.”
“Yes, Master.”
“Wait up, Wraith-sama.”
Lilia-san and Lulua-san followed the person responsible for this situation as if it were the most natural thing.
I was unable to understand the situation until the end.

Later… a friend of mine filled in about the situation.
The student who appeared was Wraith Heaville, a noble class student who had custody of Lilia-san and Lulua-san. He also said that the sisters were likely already under his care.
“My love was doomed from the start, wasn’t it…”
I muttered to myself, sitting on a bench in the courtyard, feeling utterly drained.
I couldn’t muster the will to do anything. Whether it was due to my sudden heartbreak or the realization that I hadn’t truly understood what it meant to live in this world, I didn’t know.
But even in my lethargic state, there was one thought that had lingered since that day.
“Nobles are so unfair…”
“Huh?”
I turned toward the voice that responded to my muttering.
It was a girl.
She looked really familiar.
Come to think of it… Isn’t she the girl who was often together with Lilia-san?
We weren’t particularly close; we were merely acquaintances who had seen each other around. Yet, I found myself speaking to her.
“…Would you mind listening to me for a bit?”
“Sure…”
I felt like the shadow was shaking unnaturally.

that voice requesting various things in the white and black domain or world of gods and demons is going to choose rien as secondary protagnist to transform him into first i think
Also, Reese, that girl who’s friends with Lilia-chan… based on how deliberately she came to Rein (this mob protag), it smells like she’s recruiting. As in she might possibly be a member of that “Gathering of Broken Empire” group (cringey name).
