46_The Beautiful Twin Sisters ②

It’s about a 15 minute walk to school.

Going to school on foot is a real pain in the ass. Even though getting to school is already a hassle, it becomes even more troublesome when you have to walk to school in addition.

That is why I dislike the concept of getting school by bus. Inside the bus, it must made warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

And then, they would take it’s passengers to the front of the school gate while they are still looking cool and not getting tired at all. Really deplorable.

Although I say this, I will still have to walk to school for the next year and a half or so.

Maybe because of this walking, I am confident that I have more stamina than the other students around me.

Since Akane can talk with her friends while walking to school, she finds it more enjoyable, but for a loner like me, it’s just hell.

When I get close to school, I often see most students walking in groups of two or three.

And on contrast to them, I walk alone, staggering along with my head turned down. Which in turn attracts a lot of stares. That really bothers me mentally.

And then talking about Akane, I heard that she was going to arrive after me, but I wondered if she would be able to make it in time.

I myself always arrive at the school in quite the last minute already, so I wonder if Akane should be in a bit of a hurry by now already?

I kind of dislike it when my own close family are late for school. But then, we are talking about  the perfect woman like Akane here. She must have a plan for that anyway.

Or maybe she had an appointment with her friend a little later than I did.

Maybe she would get a ride in her friend’s private car at that?

With starting to think on those lines, I started wanting to have friends as well. It must be so much fun to walk to school talking about similar hobbies between ourselves.

“Oh, there he is! Onii-chan!

As I was thinking on such lines, I heard a familiar voice coming from behind me.

“What’s wrong, Akane?

The person to speak out to me was my younger sister, Akane, it needs no explanation.

“Sorry, I had plans to surprise Onii-chan, so I thought of leaving later than usual.”

Surprise?

While muttering that in the back of my mind, I retorted back to Akane with an understanding tone.

But still, why the need to surprise someone like me …….

“Rready, Onii-chan?”

“A—Yeah.”

I wonder if I will be able to get surprised normally. Or rather, isn’t surprise comes when you get a sudden punishment?

I’m not very good at reacting though.

“Then come out, both of you!”

At Akane’s command, two people came out from Akane’s shadow all at once, lined up side by side.

The two who came out were two beautiful girls with almost identical faces.

“Ah, well, let’s see… …….”

I somehow don’t understand how to react this at all. I wonder if doing a ‘kyaa’ over here would enliven the atmosphere over here.

Haaah. I wonder how I ended up with such a situation.

“Let me introduce them to you~. These two are the twins sisters of my friend.”

Twins, certainly so it looks like. Their faces are very similar. But when you look for them closely, you can find a lot of differences.

In the world of anime, there are stories where twins and triplets are not distinguishable from one another though. Only the protagonist is able to distinguish them, and with that, a romantic comedy begins.

However, this is not the case with these two. By the looks of it, they have too many differences between them. No matter how one looks at it, they look like two completely different people.

“This one is Shinonome Kureha-chan. And over there is Toa-chan.

Okay, so the one with this feature is Kureha-chan while the one with that feature is Toa-chan.

Toa-chan is a good name. Very cute.

“Akane-chan, it’s the other way around!”

“O–h, I’m sorry! both of you.”

[TL notes: Oh God… This can’t be. Now I need to add Harem tag for sure. Rather why didn’t I add that yet?]

“Well, it can’t be helped.”

“Really, sorry.”

“Nope, me and my sister are already used to it, so we are really fine.”

“That’s right, Toa. It’s something that can’t be helped.”

So it’s the other way around?!

Akane, what are you doing, mistaking your friend’s sister so easily?

So, if it’s the other way around, then this is Toa-chan and this is Kureha-chan heh.

Noticing from the way of speech, looks like Toa-chan is the elder sister of of the two.

……. And so, what’s the point of introducing them to me?
