“Where do you want to go today?” 

“Hmm… we already went to the park last time. Do you know a place where we can play more?” 

Camille looked alternately between Nathan and Marco. 

When they went out of the campus gates, they didn’t plan where to go. The two guys were only thrilled to be called by a pretty woman to play. 

Who would even refuse if a pretty girl asked you to play outside? It doesn’t matter if they don’t have any concrete plan on where to go. The important thing is that they are playing outside with a pretty girl. 

In retrospect, Camille is a beautiful girl. She is tall, has long legs, fair skin, a small face, and an attractive appearance? Should we even start with her appearance? 

Her eyes were round and clear as if they mirrored you. When she smiles, her eyes are shaped in crescents that go really well with her heart-shaped lips. It felt like the sun was shining brighter at the sound of her laughter. No one would not fall for such beauty. 

Besides her physical appearance, she also had a good sense of fashion. Today, she was wearing a skirt – not too short nor too long – it perfectly enhanced her long legs. For her top, she wore a knitted jacket like the ones Daisy was wearing today. The last time she went shopping with Daisy, she bought this jacket in twos. She wore it today but unfortunately, her date with Daisy was busted by the professor. 

When she remembered that, Camille couldn’t help but pout her lips. She hates it when her date with her best friend is disturbed by something else. She was clearly in a bad mood. 

Nathan and Marco saw that, and in an instant, they each held one of her hands and dragged her somewhere. 

“Where are we… going?! Why are you dragging me!” 

“It’s a beautiful place!” 

“You’ll definitely love it!” 

After running for a few minutes, the two boys stopped and arrived in front of a Halloween escape room. 

Camille looked up and screamed at the top of her lungs. 

“Ack! Why did you bring me here?” 

Nathan, standing on her right, turned to her and smiled. It was a dazzling smile. 

“I saw you pouting earlier, so I thought you would want to vent your frustrations here.” 

“Are you kidding me?” 

Camille looked at Nathan, wide-eyed. 

On her other side, Marco coughed awkwardly. He also had no idea that a girl was scared of Halloween escape rooms. 

“Who would bring someone in a Halloween escape room in the middle of summer?” 

Camille shook her head at the two guys with her. Sure, they were tall, but the way their brains worked was smaller than her. I mean, how could they bring me here right in the middle of summer? Shouldn’t they bring me here during Halloween? Camille couldn’t help but let out another sigh. 

The two guys avoided her gaze and looked away. They were both embarrassed. Since this was the first time they brought a girl out, they had no idea what they liked except for flowers and sweets. 

Camille sighed once again. Daisy, why do men always don’t understand women? 

Nathan and Marco: Why are women so difficult to understand? 

After another couple of disappointed sighs, Nathan managed to think of a place Camille might want to go. This time, he asked her opinion. 

“There is also a nearby aquarium here. Do you want to go?” 

“Oh, there! Yes, that place is more beautiful… than this, haha.” 

Marco smoothly added a statement and awkwardly laughed as he realized that the aquarium was indeed better than this Halloween escape room. 

Camille pondered for a moment before nodding her head. 

“I think that place is good.” 

“Yes, that place is good. Do you know, they have many tuna in there and… what do you call that again? Oh, dolphins?” 

“Dolphins? Really?” 

“Yes. And, ah, sea lions!” 

“Wow! But what I want to see is that circle of fish. What do you call them?” 

“Barracudas?” 

Marco and Camille were having a happy conversation while Nathan was left alone. He was happily watching as the pretty girl laughed prettily. 

After a little excited conversation, they arrived at the city’s largest aquarium. They have all sorts of local sea animals inside. 

What Camille wanted to see was a sea lion performance, so they went to buy tickets. Camille was thrilled to watch one. Marco was tasked to buy their food while Nathan and Camille looked for seats. 

When they entered the place, people couldn’t help but turn heads. Their trio was too eye-catching to not attract attention, mainly because they were accompanying such a pretty girl. 

The trio sat in the front of the seats and waited for the show to start. Shortly after, a woman and a giant sea lion stepped out of the curtain. 

The woman, who seemed to be the performer with the sea lion, was holding a bucket of fish. She fed one to the sea lion, and it showed several tricks with its hind flippers. The sea lion played with a small plastic ball with its hind flippers and even did a magnificent water dive. The water splashed to the outside of the pool. 

Because the trio was sitting in front, they were inevitably splashed with water. They were soaked after that and had to leave in the middle of the show. Even so, Camille was delighted that she had watched something so magnificent. 

Nathan immediately took off his outer jacket and put it over Camille even though he was also soaked by the water. The most important thing is to not let a pretty girl get cold. 

“Oh, thank you!” 

Camille smiled at him and wrapped the jacket to herself. She was shivering from the cold water earlier. 

After Marco saw that, she squinted his eyes at Nathan and teased him. 

“Bro, you beat me to it! You should give me equal chances ah!” 

Marco playfully hit Nathan’s shoulders, on which Nathan laughed off. 

They went to the mall next to the aquarium and bought new clothes. This time, Nathan let Marco buy all their clothes. Marco cried when he saw his wallet bled from the total price of the things they bought. But when he saw Camille shivering, he couldn’t bear to cry over his bleeding wallet and let her change clothes quickly. 

“Will you be alright?” 

“I think so. I already changed my clothes, so I shouldn’t get any fever.” 

“It’s a good thing if you don’t get sick. I shouldn’t have picked the seat at the front.” 

“But I loved it!” 

Nathan regretted that he picked the seats at the front. If not for that, Camille wouldn’t have to be soaked like this. 

More than that, he was afraid that if Camille got sick, her friend Daisy would…. 

『You two! Don’t get near my friend! Ever again! 』

Nathan flinched when he imagined that. Marco had no idea why he flinched just now, so he nudged Nathan and asked him about it. 

“What do you think will happen if she gets sick? Her friend….” 

“Her friend is… Daisy. What of… ack!” 

Marco shivered when he recalled Daisy’s eyes before they went out today. 

“She won’t kill us, right?” 

“What I am sure is, we are dead meat if Camille gets sick.” 

“Ah! So scary!” 

Marco hugged Nathan, showing a scared expression. Nathan removed his hands from his arms and approached Camille, who was quietly listing the food she wanted to eat later. 

Nathan looked at her notebook. 

“Hmm, you like chicken?”

“Huh? Ah, yes. It’s actually my favorite, hehe.” 

“Then let’s go and eat. You must be starving. I think you didn’t eat properly at the aquarium earlier.” 

“Oh… right.”

Camille looked down at her flat stomach, and it growled. She is starving. It is time for her to feed her belly with some good food before going home. Since her clothes had been soaked earlier, she knew she would be in trouble if she got sick. 

‘Daisy would surely scold me and won’t let me go out later.’ 

Camille looked at the two guys, who were also worried about the same thing, even though she didn’t know.

‘It’s nice that these two are very good to me.’ 

No one had ever treated her as good as Daisy except for these guys. She had other friends in high school, but they only wanted her money. These two were different in all aspects. 

Camille stood up and made up her mind to treat them to a good meal before they went back to their dormitory. 

“Do you know a good restaurant here? One with a good chicken dish.” 

Nathan and Marco grinned as they knew exactly what she was looking for. They smiled at her and led her to a nearby restaurant that specializes in chicken dishes. It was also the restaurant Caspian and Daisy ate on the first day. 

Nathan opened the restaurant door and let Marco and Camille enter before him. He then closed the door and walked after them. They sat down on a table near the door and beside the window. It was also where Caspian and Daisy sat down.
