He hearing my words, he panics.

“Well…that’s true, but that is none of your business. That doesn’t change the fact that I’m the one who have been providing for her this entire time.”

“If you are earning everything on your own, has proper contracts in place, supporting and protecting Natsumi, I can understand what you’re saying. But in reality, you are just receiving financial support from your parents. You are living off your parents’ money. Even the fact that you’re living with together with Natsumi violates your rent contract. So tell me, where is this ‘support’ and ‘protection’ you’re talking about? In fact, Natsumi is the one who takes care of things around the house, she even supports you in your job hunt. “Then, what about you? Didn’t you break up with your previous girlfriend with just a single phone call? She cried so much because of you.”

“Well…that’s funny. So you think you can do such things to others, but when someone does something similar to you, you start to blame them for everything…?”

I give him a cold stare as I say so.

He turns his head down for a moment.

Perhaps, he knows that he can’t win this argument.

“From what I’ve gathered from our conversation just now, you are indeed a serious and respectable person. However, that’s why I don’t think you would date her if you know the real Natsumi!”

“Wait a minute, what are you talking about?”

Natsumi is getting irritated and trying to say something back.

“Natsumi, I want to hear his side of the story. Can you please be quiet for a moment?”

“Natsumi used to be the number one hostess at a club in Shibuya. When she worked there, she would get phone calls from customers all the time. “Natsumi, I don’t judge people by their past. However, I can’t accept you working at a club in the future.”

I said so with a cold expression on my face.

“Yeah.”

Natsumi turns her head down and replied so.

I replied in disgust.

I glance at Natsumi.

Natsumi said so while as she glares at her roommate.

“Your looks aren’t anything special, but yet are able to capture Natsumi’s attention. You know, Natsumi used to date a really handsome guy and got dumped. So, by dating someone who doesn’t have great looks like you, she feels a sense of security, thinking she won’t get dumped again. “Hey, don’t start talking nonsense!”

Natsumi is getting really angry.
