“Thank you for the meal. Phew, that was delicious.”
“It was nothing special.”
After returning to the tower apartment, it was time for lunch. Since Hibari’s cooking was more delicious than eating out, I’d asked her to make something. As always, it was delicious, but the menu consisted oddly of mentaiko pasta, potato and mentaiko salad, and plain mentaiko—there was quite a lot of spicy cod roe being used.
“Yuji-sama. I have some errands to run, so I’ll be leaving the house now.”
“All right.”
“Please don’t do anything bad. For example, remembering my chin-chin imitation and then soothing your real chin-chin—”
“I won’t do that!!”
What kind of thing was this maid saying with that same expressionless face!
“Heh, of course not. Then I’ll be going.”
“Wait a minute! What was that brief laugh just now? Hey!!”
Hibari quickly strode out of the living room.
Left alone, I lay down on the comfortable, fluffy sofa while rubbing my full stomach.
“Yaaawn~”
I stifled a yawn. I always got sleepy after eating. Today I had been quite tense after meeting the beautiful sisters and the protagonist, and now I probably felt the relief of being free from that tension.
“…mmm…”
I began to doze off on the sofa.
……….. …………….. ……………………….
—It was a dim, quiet place. And there… I experienced true “terror”.
My legs were restrained, and all kinds of tools were scattered around. Worst of all, someone was straddling me, and I couldn’t move my body at all.
My nails were torn off, I was forced to drink strange drugs, and my body was paralyzed…
“—Hey—”
“—You—”
I could no longer even block out the voices of the sisters.
…What would they do next? …In what way would I die?
Two smiling faces reflected in my empty eyes. The hands of the girls straddling me reached out again…
“Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!”
Just as they were about to grab me, I jumped up.
“…I’m… alive. It’s not… reality…”
When I touched the back of my neck, it was drenched in sweat. My shirt was also a bit wet. The worst way to wake up…
“Yu…ji-sama…”
“Huh? Oh, Hibari…”
Hibari was frozen with her hand extended toward me. She was probably trying to wake me up. Actually, Hibari had returned already. It seemed I had slept much longer than I intended.
“S-sorry about that! I must have startled you by shouting. I was having a strange dream…”
“I see.”
For an instant, Hibari’s face seemed to change from her usual expressionless look to one of concern.
Outside the window with the curtains left open, the sun had set and it was completely dark. From here, one could probably see a beautiful night view.
“Yuji-sama. What would you like for dinner?”
“…I’ll pass on dinner. Sorry, Hibari. Would it be okay if I went out to get some fresh air?”
“Haaah~ Ah, I think this might be the first time I’ve thought that air tastes good.”
After leaving the tower apartment, I took a deep breath. My sweat had completely dried up.
Like a nightmare, vivid images of the bad ending played clearly in my mind. That’s how terrifying it had been.
My mind and body remembered how horrifying it would be to get involved with the beautiful sisters. The reason I ended up being straddled by the beautiful sisters and tortured until I lost all strength was… because Kashijima Yuji had done various things to the protagonist. And the beautiful sisters had become enraged.
That’s how much they loved the protagonist, Saeki Yuito. They would do anything for the one they loved. In other words—they were yandere.
The beautiful sisters had much more darkness than me, the villain…
“Ahhh, no, no! I have school again from tomorrow, and if things stay like this, my trauma won’t even let me lead a peaceful school life. At times like this… I need to go to the convenience store and binge on potato chips or chocolate!!”
I had noted where the convenience store was when we’d passed by in the limousine. Even without carrying a wallet, I could use electronic payment on my smartphone. How convenient. I checked and found that money was loaded up to the limit. As expected of a rich person.
It took ten minutes on foot to reach the convenience store. Now, time to buy a lot…
“Oh? You are…”
“Hm?”
Coming from the opposite direction was a boy about my age… but. My mouth gradually opened at the all-too-familiar face, until I was gaping.
“You’re Kashijima Yuji-kun, right?”
“Y-yeah…”
“?”
I had seen this good-looking boy with silky hair tilting his head in confusion many times through the screen. And now in reality today.
“Sorry for suddenly calling out to you. Oh, I’m your classmate, Saeki Yuito.”
The protagoniiiiiiiiiiiiist!??

yeah im out. i DESPISE this type of whiny loser mc the most.
I mean, what IF. Just if, alright? If you experience THAT torture? Just Incase, y’know? I don’t want to disagree with you about the mc but he does have a reason why he is whiny, would you rather be someone who you will knows that they will kill people, to point of torturing them to death for their loved one? You will of course, try stay away from them as much as possible…
This is just my opinion okay? And please don’t say you drop it, you can just silently kept it to yourself 😅
