The time when I forcibly slept with my friend's sister! - Chapter 41- Idiot Riku!

All the way back to the east side of Tokyo, Yui was barely able to keep herself still.

The picture her best friend sent was of two familiar people. But the fact Yui didn’t want to see those together made it nearly impossible for her to continue those formalities with her parents.

She took the car that brought them here and told the driver to take the shortest route to Riku’s house. She needed to see her senpai!

“How long, uncle?”

“Just some minutes, little miss.” Hearing the words from the driver, Yui impatiently fished out her phone which had the picture of her Senpai carrying the bitch named Hitomi, on display.

However, Yui wasn’t suspecting her Senpai but rather doubting Hitomi in this situation. Reason?

‘My primary phone…why did she steal it…’

Yui had two phones. One which she usually uses for her everyday work and the secondary one solely invested in her Senpai’s surveillance.

Some hours ago, Yui realized that her primary phone was missing and after connecting the dots, Yui concluded that Hitomi’s intentions toward her Senpai weren’t just a healthy maiden’s romance. She was plotting something more deep…something sinistrous.

And seeing the picture sent on her other phone by her friend, Yui became one hundred percent sure that Hitomi was up to no good.

‘I hope Senapi is safe…’ Joining her palms in prayer, Yui wished for her Senpai’s well-being as the scenery outside the window constantly shifted.

It took almost an hour after she left the restaurant before Yui finally saw the house she dearly wanted to reach.

“Careful…!” She didn’t pay mind to the driver’s call before she jumped out of the car and dashed inside.

Punching the numbers of the door lock, she heard the clicking sound of the door before she pushed it and walked inside.

The first thing her eyes went toward was…blood.

“Sen…pai?” Her feet staggered as Yui held herself from falling. For a good half a minute, she just stood there in shock. Her mind was numb and her sanity fading.

Her heart began pounding painfully, her mind thrown into a tornado of unimaginable thoughts. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she slowly made her way inside.

The trail of blood has dragged down the stairs and led toward the living room. Yui was heading toward the living room as well with only a single chant continuously repeating inside her head.

‘Please be okay…please be okay…please be okay…please be okay….please be okay…please be okay…pleas-‘

Her chanting broke when her gaze landed on the person she desired to see the most at the moment. But the condition he was in was not something that helped Yui recover from the initial shock.

“Senpai!” Yui dropped her bag and the phone she was clutching in her hand and dashed toward Riku who was standing by the wall with a bloodied towel pressed against his arm.

“Ah, Yui…how did your meeting with your parents go?”

“Does it even matter right now?! What…how did this happen? Medic…where’s the medical box?! My phone I need to call hospit-” Her fanatic behavior was halted when she felt herself being enveloped by the warmth of her senpai.

“Senpai?”

“Let me be like this, Yui. I feel safe here…” His voice was sluggish and his breathing unsteady.

Streams of tears rolled down Yui’s cheeks while she held her Senpai in her arms and comforted him as much as she could.

There was a lot of blood gushing out which was making Yui die of anxiety but she didn’t panic and helped Riku toward the couch first…only to notice that there was someone else in the living room as well.

“You…”

Ichinose was running like his life was dependent on it.

After he heard the news from Yui he boarded the car but there was a huge jam near the station so he decided to make a run for it.

‘That idiot….’ From what Ichinose got to hear from Yui, it seemed Riku intentionally lured Hitomi into his house even though he knew the latter had murderous intentions toward Riku.

Somehow Riku was able to take Hitomi under his custody but he faced a severe wound on his arm as well. He didn’t have much idea about why Hitomi would suddenly try to murder Riku but that doesn’t matter.

The moment Ichinose heard about the news and what Hitomi had done to his friend, Ryuuta had no intention of letting the matter go easily. She might have reasons, and maybe a pitiful one at that but it doesn’t matter.

‘I hope Dad doesn’t disappoint me in this one…’

Rushing down the lane he reached Riku’s house with beads of sweat rolling down his head and his back already drenched.

The first thing his eyes landed on was an ambulance and two police cars.

“Excuse me…my friend is inside…” Getting the nod from the inspector Ryuuta walked inside the house and rushed toward the living room.

‘Ah fuck…’ Ryuuta allowed the heavy breath to drift out his throat which he didn’t know for how long he was holding in.

With his hands placed on his waist, Ryuuta tried to calm his breathing as he gazed at his friend who was currently in the procedure of getting stitched. Yui was just beside Riku and some police officers questioning the two.

There was no sign of Hitomi around which said that she must be taken by the cops.

Ryuuta waited for the officers to finish their questioning before he walked up to Riku.

“Hey, man…”

“Hey, man? Seriously, Riku?” Ichinose’s tone broke the fake feeble smile Riku wore over his pale face.

Ichinose was furious beyond his limits and if something was holding him off from hitting the guy right in the middle of his face was his wound.

“I know how you must be feeling Nii-san…trust me I share the sentiment…” Hearing Yui’s monotonous voice Riku visibly shivered as he stole his gaze away from the two.

Seeing the reaction, Ichinose sighed before he put his hand over Riku’s unharmed shoulder and said,” I am glad you are okay bud.”

Riku also took a deep sigh of relief and comfort after finding himself surrounded by the people he trusts the most as he replied with a radiant smile as well, “Yeah…it feels nice to be still alive…”

….okay, Riku admits that it was a little awkward to say that, but fortunately, the day ended on a happy note so he didn’t have many complaints about it.
