For someone who recently became your girlfriend and was pretty complicated about this absurd and sudden relationship…yeah, this situation really must haven’t looked good in Yui’s eyes.

“You don’t need to explain anything Senpai… “Her voice was chilly enough to make Miho stiff at her place.

Riku also seemed in a little panic since he didn’t think he would be facing this kind of misunderstanding someday.

However, Yui’s following words helped the other two, exhale in relief, ” …I have been here for almost thirty seconds so I know what happened and why Senpai had to….anyway, can I ask what you two are doing (alone) Senpai?”

Hearing her words, Ruki heaved a loud exhale before he rubbed his forehead slightly and answered in a bland tone, “She is here to give me some curry. More than that, why are you here Yui? Haven’t I told you to take a rest today?”

With a slight headache still hitting the front of his head, Ruki asked in a tone that had a blend of seriousness and annoyance.

Yui stiffened at that before her senpai stepped toward her and continued, “Your fever has gone down just yesterday and doctors told you to take some rest for the week to recover properly. This morning I checked, and you haven’t even taken the medicine properly. ”

As Riku’s feet advanced Yui’s steps found themselves retreating until her back didn’t collide with the wall and with a short yelp she came to a pause.

Ruki didn’t stop until he was just inches away from her and with his left arm pressed on the wall above her head, he spoke in a lower yet condensed voice, “You went against the doctor’s instruction and even took a half an hour ride to my house…what would have happened if you had collapsed in the cab and the driver would have taken you somewhere strange? What were you even thinking, Yui?”

It was a rare sight when Riku seemed this intimidating and scary.

Her eyes moistened being surrounded by his towering figure and his strict eyes which were looking at her without a single blink.

After being cornered, there was only one weapon left in her arsenal.

“I…I AM SORRY, SENPAI!” Riku’s temperament suddenly shifted as he felt himself being embraced by her thin yet strong arms.

“Yui won’t do it again so don’t be mad at Yui, okay? Please senpai, I am sorry*sniff*… ” She wailed while hugging him tightly with her head pressed against his chest.

Seeing the trembling Yui, clinging to him like a baby, Riku sighed as his anger subdued.

“It’s alright. Just don’t do it again, okay?”Encircling his arms behind her back, Riku inched closer before he spoke in a gentler and warm tone.

“Mm….mm… “Riku felt her head moving up and down as she remained in his arms while still weeping a little.

Riku barely gets angry at anyone, especially Yui who generally follows his words and never does anything recklessly but traveling across a town while being in this condition…yeah, she needed some scolding.

Riku stood there with the little girl still in his arms, trying to comfort her as he asked, “Are you feeling fine? ”

Riku asked only getting a nod in return.

It was then when suddenly…

Both Riku and Yui turned toward the sound of the shutter to find Miho standing there with her phone in hand.

Finding herself being caught, Miho hid her phone before smiling in embarrassment.

“You both looked so cute…that I wasn’t able to help. Sorry… ” Riku didn’t say anything in response before he separated from Yui, much to the latter’s disappointment.

“You both take a seat before I place this somewhere and bring something nice for snacks. ”

Ruki lifted the flower vase with one hand and its stand with the other. It has already stirred a lot of troubles today. With a huff, the only male in the house walked toward the main hall to put the thing somewhere safe.

Meanwhile, Miho and Yui silently took a seat adjacent to each other. Miho looked uncomfortably awkward whereas Yui seemed nonchalant.

Miho had a hard time believing that this was the same girl who some moments ago, was crying in Riku’s arms. If she was a baby girl some seconds ago then at the moment Yui seemed like a viper, ready to spit poison any moment.

“Hey, you… ” Miho stiffened slightly before turning toward the person who called for her as the speaker continued, “You are pursuing my brother right?”

A deep blush dared to tint Miho’s white cheeks as she blinked in surprise at how bold and straightforward this junior was.

Despite Miho didn’t affirm it verbally, her reaction was enough as a response.

Suddenly, Yui pulled out her phone before throwing it toward Miho, who barely caught it.

“Put your number in that and send me those pictures you just took, if you want to have any chance with Nii-san. And daren’t keep those photos in your phone after sending me or forget about my brother, I would make sure you won’t be able to find any partner ever in your life. ”

Miho gulped. There seriously was something wrong with this girl!
