The next day at noon, after eating lunch at home, Kokoa and I met at the usual place where we met at the summer festival, and we both headed to the shopping mall where we were meeting Sayo.

“Sorry to keep you waiting, Sayo.”

“Hinata-kun and Kokoa-chan! Good morning~ though it’s already lunchtime…”

Sayo was dressed more fashionably than usual.

She wore a long skirt and a white T-shirt.

It fits Sayo’s atmosphere very well.

“So where are we going?” I asked Sayo.

“Hmm~ How about an arcade? It’ll be fun for everyone. What do you think?” Sayo suggested and asked me and Kokoa.

After all, Sayo is very kind.

If it was Rino, she would decide and act on her own, completely ignoring other people’s opinions. In comparison…

“I’m good with going to the arcade. That sounds fun.”

“I’m good too.”

Sayo was surprised when she saw Kokoa trying out the crane game.

“Really? That’s amazing! I can’t believe how easy you got it for the first time.”

What Kokoa picked up in the crane game was 3 keychains containing three characters from “hamcat”.

“Sayo, Hinata… I’ll give you this.”

“Are you sure?” Sayo got a keychain from Kokoa and asked.

“Because I want to have matching ones.”

“I’m so happy! Thank you~”

Sayo, who likes hamcat just as much as Kokoa, looked at the keychain very happily.

“Thank you, Kokoa.”

I received it with gratitude.

“Ah, should we take a photo at the photo booth?”

Sayo turned around and pointed her finger.

“Sounds good. I’ve never taken a picture with Kokoa.”

“Photo booth? What’s that?” Kokoa tilted her head.

“Simply put, you take a picture. Well, if you don’t know, let’s try it.”

Sayo took Kokoa’s hand.

We left the mall as it was getting dark outside.

“Yes! I had fun too.” Kokoa nodded with a smile.

“It’s about time I do my homework for school.”

“Yeah, that’s right. Maybe we can have a study session together sometime.”

Sayo said that and I said yes.

“Then, see you two later.”

“Yeah, see you later.”

“See you later, Sayo.”

Kokoa and I split up with Sayo and walked towards the station together.

“Thank you, Hinata.”

“Did I do something to be thanked?”

I asked Kokoa, but she didn’t say anything and just chuckled.

Today, I went with Hinata and Sayo to a shopping mall. It was a fun day with many new experiences for me. I want to continue to be with everyone.
