“No, if we settle on this too quickly, our shopping will be over in no time. Let’s look around a bit more.”

I noticed a navy-blue dress that caught my eye.

“Stop saying weird things and go back to Lilia! It’s her date today!”

With that, Cecilia hurriedly walked away.

“What was that all about… It was just a casual remark… Ouch.”

After that, we continued picking up varieties of clothes for each other.

The sun was still high, and we had plenty of time.

However, having no experience with dates, I struggled to plan our next move.

“It’s okay. I’m happy to be your first partner. It’s my first time going on a date with someone too, so we’re both inexperienced.”

Lilia pulled my arm, leading me to a stall selling skewers.

“Sure thing. Out on a date with your girlfriend?”

“Something like that.”

“It’s our first date!”

“Is that so? I’m honored you chose my stall for your first date. The skewers are ready, eat them while they’re hot. You’re lucky to have such a fine boyfriend.”

“Thank you so much! I’m proud of my boyfriend!”

Lilia said enthusiastically while she blushed even more.

“Haha! Young love is so pure.”

“Thank you. Well then… let’s go!”

To avoid any more embarrassing conversations, I quickly pulled Lilia away from the stall.
