Episode 34: The Hoshimiya Sisters’ Two-Crop Strategy
I couldn’t shake the feeling that Hime had completely misunderstood me.
“I’ve actually been wondering about this for a while. Why is Yohei-kun so kind to a child like me—who is a standoffish and insufferable to say the least? Could it be… because you’re a *lolicon*?”
See?! I knew it!
Apparently, Hime had been suspecting this all along.
“Oh, but don’t worry! I don’t think it’s a bad thing. In fact, it’s thanks to Yohei-kun being a *bit* of a pervert that you’re willing to accept a stuck-up uncute kid like me… So really, thank you for being a *lolicon*!”
No, no, no. That’s *not* the reason! I am really not that kind of a person at all!
Well, I really wanted to deny it outright, but—
“*Cough, cough!*”
Her statement was so outrageous that I choked on air. Because of which, now I couldn’t even get a word out in negation, giving Hime free rein to say whatever she wanted.
“Yohei-kun, are you okay? …Oh! Could it be that you’re panicking because I hit the nail on the head? Don’t worry, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being a *lolicon*. You really don’t need to worry about it.”
And just like that, Hime misinterpreted my reaction in the most convenient way possible.
Was this the downside of her usually sharp intuition? Under normal circumstances, I’d appreciate her perceptiveness, but right now, as she was making a huge misunderstanding, it was only making things worse.
“Still, when it comes to this, now we have a problem… If you’re truly a *lolicon*, I might need to reconsider my plan of having you marry my Oneechan and making you my Oniisan. I can’t have you getting involved with *other* little girls, after all… Alright, let’s adjust the strategy!”
There’s no need to review any *plans*!
Or, so I wanted to object, but I only dry coughs came out of my mouth instead.
“Here’s the new plan: While I’m still a child, I’ll shower Yohei-kun with affection until you’re satisfied. But since eventually, I *will* grow up. Once that happens, and I’m no longer your type, you can marry my Oneechan instead —— How about it? Being a lolicon is not particularly a bad thing per se, but with respect to society, it’s not something desirable. Thus, until you are content completely in your heart, I will be your partner. And after that, I would ask you to graduate from being a *lolicon*, and try to lead a proper life!”
Also, Hime, why do you sound kind of happy about this?!
It’s really bad if you are not very vigilant around lolicons! And yet instead, she seemed completely willing to embrace it.
“I shall call this strategy—‘The Hoshimiya Sisters’ Twin-Crop Strategy’!”
Just what kind of *horrible* plan name is that?!
There was absolutely no way I was agreeing to this. Not only was it morally bankrupt, but as I wasn’t a *lolicon* to begin with, it has a flaw right in its fundamentals!
“—Absolutely, and definitely a NO!”
And so, as my coughing fit ended right at that time, I could *properly* and finally deny it.
“Oh… so it’s no good? But I’ll do my best, you know? I’ll devote myself to you until you’re fully satisfied… That way, won’t you try to graduate from being a *lolicon*?”
“That’s *not* the problem! I’m saying your entire premise of ‘trying to graduate from being a lolicon* is not the only wrong in the statement!”
“I… I see. Then, this is a bit of a dilemma now… Should I look into developing a new drug that stops growth? But at the same time, I really do want you to marry Oneechan… I mean, unless its you, Yohei kun, *needs* I can’t rest assured leaving her alone, umm——”
“Hime? Listen well. *I’m a normal person.* I’m neither exceptionally good nor bad—just normal. And I *definitely* don’t have any weird fetishes like that, okay?”
As I spoke to deny, I realized something surprising about Hime that I hadn’t noticed before.
She seemed to be the type of girl who loses control a little when she gets carried away.
Also earlier, she described herself as “standoffish” and “insufferable”, even uncute—which means, even her self-esteem is actually low?
That was something I really want her to deny, right.
And, of course, I *definitely* had to make sure she understood that I was *not* a *lolicon*—-!
