- The person who used to hate me, suddenly turned into a yandere!
- Chapter 1- I am sorry for being an inconvenience.
“Don’t you have a family to feed you?! Didn’t your parents teach you anything?!”
As the girl nearly shouted her words, the dining space, which was shared by three people, fell into complete silence.
The girl who spoke now, had a visible frustration contouring her beautiful face as she glared at the boy in front .
“Mika!”
The older woman sitting to the left of the girl slammed her hand on the table as she yelled at her daughter for such rude words she spoke.
But looking at the raven-haired girl who was called the name Mika, it didn’t seem she regretted what she said.
“What, mom? Am I not right?! He always eats at our place even though he is nobody to me. He pesters me all day long at school but still, you allow him inside. Not to talk about, he also calls you mother, even if you aren’t his relative.”
Her words came one after another without pause, like she had been boiling with those emotions for a very long. Her face was getting redder because of the heat she felt while shouting her words.
Her anger, her irritation, her scorn which she has been hiding until now, burst all at once and got directed at the person it was intended to.
“Mika you..”
Her mother was about to say something with a horrified expression when suddenly, the third person in the hall got up from his seat and caught both of their attention.
“It’s okay, aunty. What she said is all true. I was getting carried away because of your kindness and completely ignored how uncomfortable Mika-san is around me.”
“Ryuu-kun…no…”
Mika’s mother shook her head with beads of tears forming at the corner of her eyes, but on the other side, Mika had a sneer on her face, like she didn’t care whatever was spoken.
Finally, the boy, after placing the chopstick over his emptied rice bowl, got out of his chair and turned toward the lady with a brilliant smile on his face.
“Thank you, aunty, for taking care of me. And Mika-san, please forgive me for whatever inconvenience I caused.”
With a light bow, the boy glanced once at the girl before turning on his heel and leaving the dining space and house silently.
“Are you an idiot, Mika?! Do you even know-”
After a very short pause when the duo heard the front door being closed, the older lady flared at her daughter with her own face turning blue and red in utter anger.
But Mika seemed unusually agitated today since she even interrupted her mother to let her complete her scolding.
“Why are you shouting at me, mom?! I said what was true, and why are you so worried about him? He isn’t your child, but I am. Forget it; I am going to sleep.”
Reluctant to take this conversation any further, Mika left the dining space, ignoring her mother’s calls as she dashed upstairs.
Slamming her door on her back, Mika fell onto her bed without caring about anything anymore.
She was really pissed today.
First, in school, she got scolded because of him, and at home, he was nagging her about dating and other things more than usual. And also, her mom was siding with him and urging them to marry soon.
Why does she always say something like that when Mika doesn’t even like him?
When and why it started in the first place ever since she entered the second year, this guy Ryuuji Takuya has been meddling in her life more than her tolerance capability.
But today, it went over the top.
Mika has a reputation in front of teachers, but because of his idiocy, her name was called, and she was scolded by the teachers in front of the whole class.
She never understood why Ryuuji loved her, but from today a sense of hatred has arisen inside her for him.
She admits that maybe she has spoken a little harshly today, but she doesn’t lament about it.
She was fed up with Ryuuji, and if this harsh step could change her life and create some distance between them, then it would be excellent.
‘Well, it’s nearly impossible for that stubborn head to take anything seriously… ‘
She sighed as she knew it wasn’t the first time she had talked rudely with him, but in the end, he always returned with the same smile spread across his face.
Thinking about such a thing, her eyelids got heavy as she covered herself with the covers and slept a little muddle-headed.

The next morning after taking a long bath, Mika realized various things and felt terrible for being so brute.
After wearing her uniform, she tied her midnight hair in a ponytail before dashing downstairs and jumping inside the kitchen, where stood her mother, preparing breakfast.
After surveying that her mother wasn’t doing something dangerous like chopping veggies, Mika hugged her from the back as she voiced her apology.
“I am extremely sorry, mom, for how I spoke last night. Please forgive this cute daughter of yours.”
Unlike the last night, Mika was a lot more cheerful as she pleaded with her mom about the behavior she showed for the first time.
“Hmm… it’s okay. Go sit there; I am preparing lunch. You want something to eat?”
“You know, mom, I don’t feel like eating anything so early, so just put a lot in my bento.”
As she received the hum from her mother, Mika walked to the dining table before taking out her phone.
There were a couple of notifications from her friends and some from shopping sites, but what made her feel a little anxious was the absence of a particular name.
Ryuuji sent her a lot of Good Morning quotes and some similar things early in the morning, which she mostly didn’t read and swiped away. But today, he hasn’t sent a single message.
‘As I thought…. ‘
For a second, she felt like sending a greeting by herself today, but in the end, she held back the urge and closed the phone.
“Mika, if it’s not too much, then give this box to Ryuu-kun in the classroom.”
As her mother put the two almost identical lunchboxes on the table, she spoke in a mild tone.
“Sure I can, but isn’t it okay if I give him right now? He must be waiting for me outside.”
From the experience of more than seven months, she could tell that Ryuuji must be standing near her entrance and waiting for her with a smile so they could walk together to the school.
But little did she knew…
“…why isn’t he here?”
