The Magic Guild of Female Supremacy: Contracted as an SSS-Rank Mage's 'Mana Battery' - Chapter 17 & 18
Chapter 17
To rescue me, the four of them—Silvia, Lunaria, Fiona, and Eleanor—stormed the rival guild’s hideout.
According to information from Serena, the hideout was a complex labyrinth spreading deep underground, with powerful mages stationed throughout.
It was a reckless operation, like diving straight into a dragon’s lair. But there was no hesitation in their eyes.
“We’re getting Yuuto back! Brace yourselves, you third-rate thugs!”
With Silvia’s command, the rescue operation began.
They proceeded using a rough map of the hideout provided by Serena, but the enemy wasn’t to be underestimated—through clever traps and ambushes, the four were separated.
“Damn it…! Everyone, please be safe…!”
Fiona disrupted the enemy’s information network solo while making her way toward the prison where I was held.
Lunaria healed wounded guild members while attempting to dispel the enemy’s defensive magic.
Eleanor engaged in mortal combat with enemy executives blocking her path, using her exceptional swordsmanship honed by the knights and physical enhancement magic.
And Silvia converted her fury into magic power, literally mowing down every enemy in her path.
Without me, they couldn’t exert their full power. Even so, they didn’t give up.
What resided in their hearts was their strong feelings for me. That became their strength.
“Without Yuuto-kun’s kisses, I really can’t get in the groove… but I’m definitely saving you!”
“I miss Yuuto-san’s gentle magic power… I will absolutely heal you when we find you!”
“Yuuto Minakata… a battlefield without you lacks something. But I will rescue you without fail, and we’ll fight together again!”
“Yuuto… wait for me…! I’ll turn everyone who hurt you into charcoal…!”
Despite struggling, the heroines defeated enemy executives one after another.
Meanwhile, I also refused to give up, attempting to escape from within my prison.
The magic-suppressing shackles were powerful, but my inexhaustible magic power was beginning to exceed that suppression, bit by bit.
Just a little more… just a little more…!
I concentrated all my heart and soul into refining my magic power and focused it on a single point in the shackles.
With a sharp crack, the magic-suppressing shackles finally shattered.
Now free, I kicked down the prison door and set out to reunite with the heroines.
Then, in what appeared to be the central hall of the hideout, I encountered the scene of Silvia locked in single combat with the red-haired female mage who led the rival guild.
“Silvia!”
“Yuuto!?”
Recognizing me, surprise and relief colored Silvia’s face.
The red-haired female mage wavered for a moment at my escape but quickly regained her composure and launched a fierce assault on Silvia.
I rushed to Silvia’s side and gave her a deep, passionate kiss on the lips.
“Silvia, take my magic power!”
“Yes…! I’ve been waiting for this, Yuuto!”
My inexhaustible magic power, and the kiss enhanced by my amplification ability.
Silvia’s magic power recovered instantly and transformed into something even more formidable than before.
Lunaria, Fiona, and Eleanor arrived in the hall one after another, and I gave each of them a reunion kiss, supplying them with magic power.
The heroines’ power peaked at maximum, and the tide of battle turned decisively in our favor.
“Impossible… such an absurd increase in magic power…!”
The red-haired female mage stood aghast, witnessing our coordination and the astonishing power-up from my kisses.
But cornered, she twisted her face into an eerie smile.
“If it’s come to this… I’m taking you all with me! Awaken, ancient destroyer!”
She squeezed out her last strength and activated the massive magic circle drawn on the hall’s floor.
The entire hideout shook violently, and a gigantic shadow began emerging from the ground.
Was the ancient weapon finally activating!?
Chapter 18
The red-haired female mage who led the rival guild, cornered at last, finally activated the ancient weapon in an incomplete form.
What emerged from beneath the hideout with a thunderous roar was a golem with the sinister appearance of a black iron giant. Red destructive beams fired from both its eyes, indiscriminately destroying the hideout’s walls and ceiling.
“Kukuku… even incomplete, this power…! You’re all coming with me!”
The red-haired female mage cackled, but her expression was filled with madness.
The ancient weapon had completely lost control and fallen into a rampage. At this rate, the hideout would collapse and we’d all be buried alive. No, worse than that—if it reached the surface, the city would undoubtedly suffer catastrophic damage.
“What have you done…!”
Silvia and the others cooperated to block the ancient weapon’s destructive beams and tried to contain the damage, but its power was far too immense.
Even with my magic amplification through kisses, we were being pushed back inch by inch.
At this rate, everyone will be done for…! Isn’t there some way!?
I desperately racked my brain.
For a way to stop that ancient weapon.
And I arrived at one dangerous conclusion.
“Everyone, listen! There might be just one way to stop that weapon!”
I raised my voice.
“I’ll pour all my magic power directly into what looks like the weapon’s core and destroy it by overloading it!”
The heroines gasped at my proposal.
It was far too dangerous a plan.
With my inexhaustible magic power, it might be possible, but one wrong step and my own life would be in danger. In the worst case, my magic power could run wild and I could cease to exist entirely.
“No, Yuuto! I absolutely won’t allow something so dangerous!”
Silvia was the first to vehemently object. Lunaria, Fiona, and Eleanor likewise tried to stop me through their tears.
But my resolve was firm.
This was the only way to protect everyone and the city.
“Trust me. I can do this. Besides, I have all of you with me, don’t I?”
My words left the heroines speechless.
Finally, Silvia spoke in a trembling voice.
“…Alright, Yuuto. I trust you. But you must… you absolutely must come back alive! That’s an order!”
The heroines steeled their resolve.
They fought with every ounce of strength to stop the ancient weapon’s movements and buy time for me to approach the core.
Silvia’s flames scorched the weapon’s arms, Eleanor’s sword severed its legs, Lunaria’s holy light dulled its movements, and Fiona identified its weak points.
I seized that opening and leaped toward the red, pulsing core in the ancient weapon’s chest.
Then, squeezing out my last strength, I exchanged a final kiss with Silvia.
It was an intense yet bittersweet kiss, as if burning each other’s souls.
“Silvia… I love you.”
“I love you too, Yuuto…!”
I pulled my lips from Silvia’s and began pouring all my magic power into the ancient weapon’s core.
Golden magic power flowed from my body like a torrent, enveloping the core.
A tremendous collision of energy. My consciousness began fading.
Everyone… I’m counting on you…
The next moment, the ancient weapon let out what sounded like a death cry and exploded into fragments with a blinding light.
The city was saved.
However, I completely lost my magic power and collapsed on the spot.
The heroines’ anguished screams echoed throughout the crumbling hideout.
As I felt Silvia’s tears wetting my cheek, my consciousness fell completely into darkness.
