Summary
"—You’re going to break off the engagement too, right? If you’re going to do it, do it quickly, okay? The longer this drags on, the bigger the waste of time."
"—I actually prefer girls, you know. So, I’m only going to interact with you as little as possible."
"—I don’t care. Ugh, so annoying."
My first encounters with my fiancées were terrible.
But as time passed, their attitudes began to shift.
Just as they started falling for me, a new problem arose—a First Wife War.
"I won’t lose to those other girls."
"The master’s love belongs to me."
"Haha, I’m totally number one♪"
Now begins a chaotic, love-filled war... where no heroine is left behind.
More Details
In the not-so-distant future, the world faces a crisis: the male population is steadily declining. In a last-ditch effort to address the demographic collapse, the government enacts the Harem Law.
The public scoffs. The law becomes a laughingstock.
But for me, this is an opportunity—not to build a harem, but to earn the financial support I desperately need for my sister’s medical treatment.
Using this controversial system, I agree to participate.
…Only to discover that my "partners" are anything but ordinary.
-
A villainous noblewoman with a superiority complex
-
A two-faced classmate hiding sharp claws behind a sweet smile
-
A sadistic teacher who might actually enjoy tormenting me
And for some reason… they want me to promote the Harem Law?
What kind of parade of chaos is this?!
This is the story of a love-oriented guy trying to survive a storm of affection from eccentric, intense women. Somehow… it ends in the accidental creation of a harem.

.So after reading 60+ chapters, I have a review. It’s definitely a slow burn romance, where you just have to turn your brain off and go along with it. Like, it tries to be smart at times, but it’s not worth expecting that to apply very often or for the fufilling elements of the story (at least in my opinion). Not really my cup of tea, and I think it does the gender-reversal theme in a lack-luster way. Even the premise doesn’t withstand much thought using the in-world logic, let alone real world logic. Many comment that the female characters (maid aside) are insufferable, but I think that’s unfair for what the story is. That said, I’m still not sure what the story really is, or what it’s trying to be after 60+ chapters.,
this is very well written cuck porn. Like the writer is very talented
Sorry, I have 0 tolerance to cuk MC. A heroine who’s into women in a harem it’s just as cuk stuff as having another dude in. You are still sharing your loved ones with someone else. Add a gay man in your josei/shoujo reverse harem story and see how it goes.
Uh no? Its not like its hidden, she tells him from the start. Just read the story, their isnt any cuck behavior going on.
I’m also not a huge fan of harems, at least in a realistic conception. I feel it’s hard to not play favorites, and it seems like drama and conflict are inevitable.
That said, if you really have a harem that works, where everyone cares for each other and feels fulfilled, that’s obviously a dream. Who wouldn’t want a group of people who you love and who love you all getting along? It gives you more companions, more variety in your life, and makes it easier for everyone to deal with grief, including passing away of some of the group.
Sex is a whole thing though. Not sure how that would work if at least a majority of the harem isn’t bisexual. But maybe they’d figure something out. A rotation system is probably the way to go, but then each member gets less time with their partner (including MC getting less time with each individual member) than they would if they were in a monogamous relationship. That’s a bit sad. Now if I fell hard in love with someone, I’d rather be in a harem than alone, but if you feel like you compromised it will feel bad.
You should check out Ideal Sponger Life. Its one of my favorites. In this case, the harem is more of a consequence of reality, like everyone gets less, but men are just going extinct, like you reaaaaaly only need one guy per however many women.
Guess I’ll wait until the author drops another 150 chapters to pick this one up again. It’s a good read but a really really slow burn, and 2 of the heroines don’t even feel remotely close to truly liking the MC. Shit we haven’t even started one of their backstories, let alone why they would all love him enough to fight for the main wife position.
I mean they dont, its not really about him but about how most dudes really suck, but guys are also going extinct.
So happy to be getting more chapters of this more consistently. Thank you very much
im guessing this is one of those slow burn romance. I like that this has a certain type of realism rather than just the heroin’s just blatantly fall for the protag. But the lesbian thing was kinda of a turn off. Maybe there is a reason for it but to me It was disturbing I don’t know. But overall good novel 6.8/10
So uhhh, does the Ch.17 really intended to be locked behind paywall or it was just a bit of a mishap?
My bad, it’s fixed now
