Chapter 39: Called a Traitor ☆
(Eleonora POV)
“Eek…!”
I desperately stifled a small scream in my throat, clinging to the prince’s arm.
Without the special soundproof and absorbent undergarments, I would have collapsed on the floor, my humiliating cries echoing.
“Good thing you’re wearing Marcus’s products, isn’t it?”
The prince whispered in my ear.
The undergarments he’d given me the other day, saying, “Wear these when you have the devices.” Designed for infants or the elderly, they were enhanced with soundproofing and powerful absorbency.
Back then, I didn’t understand why, but now I realized it was part of his meticulous plan.
Following the prince’s announcement, the king stood, raising his glass.
“Well done, my second son, Victor. The marriage between the royal house and the Frostheart family is joyous for our kingdom.”
His words sparked a wave of congratulatory applause.
The king’s eyes held clear surprise and delight.
Even he, it seemed, hadn’t been informed of the announcement’s details beforehand.
“Thank you, Father.”
The prince replied smugly, pulling me closer.
The vibrations inside me didn’t stop, growing even stronger.
My knees trembled, my footing unsteady.
Various reactions rippled through the ballroom.
Prince Lucius, the first prince, stared at us with a shocked expression.
His beautiful face showed clear bewilderment.
Princess Serena, too, gazed at her brother with disbelief.
“Well done, brother.”
As we descended the dais, Prince Lucius approached us.
Despite his graceful demeanor, a palpable tension hung in the air.
“I never imagined you’d claim the flower of high society.”
His words carried a hint of sarcasm.
In the prince’s arms, another strong wave hit me, making my knees shake.
“Jealous, brother?”
Victor’s voice dripped with triumph.
“Impressive, indeed. But…”
Lucius fixed his gaze on my face.
His purple eyes held doubt and concern.
“Lady Eleanor, is this engagement truly your choice?”
The moment he asked, the vibrations surged sharply.
The prince had manipulated the remote.
“Kyaa…!”
I tried to mask a small scream with a graceful bow.
“Y-yes… the engagement to His Highness… is my… choice…”
The sensation of liquid overflowing between my legs, absorbed by the special undergarments.
Shame burned my cheeks.
Lucius gave his brother a suspicious look but said no more.
Next, Princess Serena approached.
Her rose-colored hair swayed, her gentle green eyes filled with worry.
“Eleanor, are you alright? You look pale.”
Her kindness stirred a fleeting urge to beg for help, but the prince’s arm tightened around my waist.
“Thank you, Your Highness… I’m just… a bit nervous…”
Serena’s expression showed she didn’t believe me, but with eyes on us, she couldn’t press further.
“Congratulations on your engagement. But don’t push yourself.”
Her words carried genuine concern.
After that, nobles approached one by one to offer congratulations.
Each time, the prince manipulated the remote, and I struggled to maintain my composure.
“Viscount Horan and his wife.”
The butler announced the next guests.
“Your Highness, Lady Eleanor, congratulations on your engagement.”
The viscount bowed politely.
“Especially you, Your Highness, finding such a splendid bride. To win a Frostheart lady…”
His words held clear surprise.
No one had expected the “flower of high society” to become the fiancée of the notorious Prince Victor.
“Thank you, Viscount.”
The prince replied smugly, gripping my waist tighter.
“The most beautiful woman in the kingdom will be my wife. I’m beyond proud.”
With his words, the vibrations surged again.
This wave was stronger and longer than before.
“Ngh…”
“Lady Eleanor, are you alright?”
The viscount’s wife asked with concern.
“She’s fine.”
The prince answered for me.
“She’s a bit nervous. It’s been a hectic day with no rest. We’ve prepared a seat for her to relax, so we’ll let her rest there.”
With that, he dragged me away from the crowd.
Sitting me on a nearby sofa, he smiled with satisfaction.
“You’ve come so much you can’t think straight, huh?”
Before I could feel fear at his words, another strong wave hit.
This one was even more intense, impossible to resist.
“Ahhh… please, stop… I’ll go mad… I’m coming, coming, coming~~~♡♡♡♡”
Sinking into the sofa, I tried to maintain my expression, but my body reacted on its own.
My toes pointed, my body convulsing.
Heat gathered between my legs, the special undergarments absorbing the moisture again.
Without them, I would have exposed my disgrace.
“Heh… the flower of high society, climaxing with moans in a place like this…”
The prince’s mocking laughter reached my ears.
Tears streamed down my cheeks, a mix of shame and pleasure.
My face burned, my limbs trembled.
“Hah… Your Highness, please stop… if I come any more… I’ll faint next time…”
“Heh… feels that good, does it? I’m delighted. Now, time for the next greetings.”
He spoke, and I barely stood.
Then, I saw Alexander and his family at the edge of the hall.
The Granblue family all wore expressions of deep sadness and confusion.
Duke Edward stared at me sternly, Lady Katrina with sorrowful eyes.
Alexander’s sister, Lillian, seemed to hold back tears.
His brother, Sebastian, showed clear anger.
To them, I was supposed to be family soon.
Now, I must look like a traitor who betrayed their trust.
“The Granblue family’s over there. Shall we greet them?”
The prince’s malicious suggestion made my body tremble with fear.
“Please… don’t…”
I pleaded softly, and he smirked wickedly.
“Why not? They should congratulate us too.”
With that, he dragged me toward the Granblue family.
On the way, my eyes met the Braveheart family’s.
Count Lois stared at us sternly, Lady Erina with worried eyes.
Leia’s brother, Galen, barely contained his anger, and her sister, Lyla, looked confused.
They, too, seemed shocked and bewildered by the sudden announcement.
Leia was my friend.
Her family knew me well.
What must I look like in their eyes?
As we approached the Granblue family, my steps grew heavier.
Could I face Alexander’s sad blue eyes?
“Alexander…”
I whispered in my heart.
My former fiancée.
To him, I must seem like the worst kind of woman for betraying him.
Standing before the Granblue family, the prince cruelly manipulated the remote again.
I didn’t want to disgrace myself in front of them…
“Ngh…!”
I desperately stifled a groan, my knees trembling.
I could feel hot liquid gushing.
Without the special undergarments, I would have surely exposed my shameful state on the spot.
“Your Grace, Duke Granblue, we seek your congratulations on our engagement.”
The prince spoke with an arrogant tone.
Duke Edward’s face showed deep sadness and anger, but he forced out formal words.
“Congratulations, Your Highness.”
His voice was tinged with coldness.
“Lady Eleanor…”
Lady Katrina addressed me.
Her eyes held sadness, mixed with another emotion.
Concern, perhaps, or…
“Are you alright? You look pale…”
Her kindness triggered another wave.
The prince was deliberately manipulating the remote.
I stiffened for a moment, then nodded weakly.
“Hah… hah… yes… I’m fine…”
Lady Katrina seemed unconvinced but said no more.
Alexander’s sister, Lillian, looked at me with tearful eyes.
“Eleanor… is this really…”
Her words trailed off.
She lacked the courage to finish.
The younger son, Sebastian, could barely contain his anger.
“To betray my brother…”
His sharp words pierced my heart.
I had betrayed this family’s trust and love.
How despicable a traitor must I seem in their eyes?
But I couldn’t tell them the truth.
The prince’s threats and my choice to protect my family.
It was a cross I alone had to bear.
“Eleanor…”
Alexander called my name softly.
His voice held deep sadness and a faint glimmer of hope.
“Is this truly what you want?”
His words tore at my heart.
I wanted to scream, “No.”
This was coercion, not my will.
But…
At that moment, the prince operated the remote again. This time, at maximum intensity.
“Eek…!”
With a small scream, my body was wracked by uncontrollable convulsions.
My knees shook, heat spread through me, and my vision went white for a moment.
The special undergarments absorbed the overflowing liquid again. The soundproofing stifled my shameful cries, but I couldn’t hide my expression.
“Eleanor!”
Alexander stepped forward, worry in his eyes, burning with anger.
“Oh, Granblue. Words of congratulations?”
The prince smirked maliciously.
“Why like this… wasn’t she just your partner for the night?”
His words faltered as he looked at me.
I stood, held by the prince’s arm, eyes downcast.
“Is there a problem? She accepted my proposal of her own will.”
“That’s impossible.”
His voice carried conviction.
Hearing it, a small spark of hope lit in my heart.
He still believed in me.
“Ask her yourself.”
Keeping the remote at maximum intensity, the prince turned to me.
“Eleanor, why don’t you explain to Granblue? That you chose me of your own will.”
What face was I making?
In the midst of unending climaxes, eyes downcast, I barely squeezed out words.
“Hah… I… chose… His Highness… hah… hah…”
The moment I spoke the lie, my heart felt like it shattered.
The blood drained from Alexander’s face, and he stared at me in disbelief.
“What happened, Eleanor…”
I couldn’t answer his quiet question.
A single tear fell from my eye.
It was the only way to convey my true feelings.
“No need for further talk. Her choice is clear.”
The prince, triumphant, began to drag me away from Alexander.
“Wait, why is Eleanor crying?”
Leia’s voice rang out.
She stopped the prince with a firm tone.
“Even if it’s her choice, I don’t believe it. One look at Eleanor’s face shows she’s being threatened. For Eleanor to cry in public… something’s definitely wrong…”
Leia’s sharp accusation made the prince falter for a moment.
“What are you saying…”
“Your Highness, tell the truth. What have you done to Eleanor?”
Her eyes burned with anger.
Her strength sparked a fleeting hope in me, but it quickly faded.
The prince increased the remote’s intensity again.
“Nghhh…!”
An uncontrollable wave hit, nearly collapsing my knees.
The prince supported me, his anger clear.
“She’s fine. Just tired from the day.”
His words dripped with mockery.
He was enjoying my state.
My shame and Alexander’s powerlessness.
“We’ll take our leave, Granblue. And Lady Leia. Other guests await our greetings.”
With that, he dragged me away from them.
“Their expressions were perfect.”
The prince said, satisfied.
“Especially Granblue’s despair. That alone made staging this engagement worthwhile.”
His words pained my heart.
As the night deepened, my body and mind were utterly exhausted.
As the ball neared its end, the prince gripped my waist tightly, leading me to the exit.
“It was a good night.”
He whispered in my ear.
His voice held clear satisfaction.
