Chapter 30: Conversation with the S-Class Beauty (Rin)

“What… Rin, did something like that happen to you too?”

“It really seems like fate, doesn’t it!”

This was after Sara and Yuna had come to Rin’s house. 

They had finished exchanging messages and after about 30 minutes, they were able to come and visit Rin. 

They went to Rin’s room and after a little bit of nursing, the two of them brought up the topic of a certain man to Rin.

From what they heard, the boy Rin was looking for seemed to be from the “same high school” as her… The “jersey” hanging on the wall clearly indicated this.

“I can’t believe it, Rin, you too…”

“I hope that you’ll find him soon. And I wish the same for me as well.”

Yuna was lost in thought while expressing her admiration, while Sara’s eyes sparkled with excitement. Rin was lying down, observing the reactions of the two while denying it a bit.

“…It’s not like I’m in love with him like you two are with the person you met.”

“Liar. Rin, you’re completely in love. If we’re talking about that, then it’s me. I feel like I’m just a friend.”

Yuna blushed slightly as she twirled her black hair with her fingers.

“Both Yuna-chan and Rin-chan have the reactions of a maiden in love! I love him, so I want to meet him soon too.”

Unlike the straightforward Sara, Rin and Yuna were a bit mischievous. They both seemed to have decided to be honest when they saw the innocent Sara.

While blushing slightly, they agreed with Sara that they wanted to meet him.

“But it’s not that easy to find the person you’re looking for, right… Even though we should be in the same high school.”

“Yeah, I’ve even narrowed it down to the grade level, but I still can’t find him.”

It was only natural that Sara and Yuna were puzzled because the Haruya they knew was not the same as the one they saw in school. 

“Speaking of which, what kind of guy is Sara looking for?”

“Um, someone with black hair styled casually with a pierced ear.”

Sara replied, putting her finger to her chin. Yuna and Rin both frowned at the information she gave.

“I’m looking for someone like that too.”

“Me too.”

“What? Really?” 

“Yeah…” 

“Mm.” 

Yuna made a joke about the possibility of them searching for the same guy, even though they thought it was impossible.

“Perhaps it’s the same person… although I know it’s highly unlikely.”

For a brief moment, the room was filled with an awkward silence, but Sara was the one who spoke up and broke it.

“That’s impossible, Yuna-chan.”

“Yeah, it’s just a coincidence.”

Rin added, lifting her upper body. 

“If it really were the same guy, it would be awkward, wouldn’t it? Maybe they just happen to have similar appearances?” 

Rin analyzed the situation calmly and urged Yuna to stop prying. 

There was no point in speculating about something that was not certain. 

Sara nodded in agreement, and Yuna simply replied with a vague “yeah.” 

The atmosphere became a little awkward, but Sara suddenly clapped her hands and brought up a new topic of conversation.

“If I may, hypothetically speaking, if we were to find the men we were looking for, how about going on a triple date?”

“A triple date? A date… you say? That guy and I aren’t even like that.”

“Haha. I don’t really feel that way about him either~”

Rin and Yuna turned their heads, seemingly embarrassed, as if trying to hide their shyness. 

However, this was just a hypothetical situation like Sara strongly stated, and it doesn’t seem like the two were against the idea.

Thus, the three of them spent about two hours indulging in fantasies and having a girls’ talk instead of a love talk. 

What was supposed to be Rin’s nursing turned into a lively discussion about Haruya, filling the room with a common topic.
