“So, Nami-san, where are you taking me?”

I asked Nami-san who was driving.

After leaving the apartment, we were currently traveling in her blue Porsche.

And as usual she looked so cool and dignified in her profile.

“I’m thinking of going to see a movie which is popular these days, is it okay with you?”

Nami-san glanced at me, our eyes met, we stared at each other for a while and then she smiled lovingly.

“A movie, huh? When was the last time I went to a cinema hall…?”　

Just when I was about to tell her my thoughts of what we should do, my stomach let out a weird groan.

Ah, that reminds me, I haven’t eaten breakfast yet.

I wonder if Nami-san also heard it? When I glanced at the person who was sitting at the driving seat, our eyes met and she was grinning ear to ear as if she found something exciting to tease me.

Apparently, it looks like she did hear me and it was too embarrassing to face her now.

“Fufu~, that’s a cute sound… Maybe you haven’t had breakfast yet?”

“…Yes.”

“Can you hold back? There are still two hours left until lunch. Or shall I stop at some convenience store so that we can buy some rice balls.”

“No, it’s okay. I can hold it fine till lunch, besides I want to be in time for the movie.”

“Really? Don’t feel shy to ask just because of me, okay?”

“I’m not holding back, so don’t worry about it.”

“I guess it will be fine then.”

Nami-san looked at me worriedly, so I smiled back. After she was relieved that I would be fine, she focused back on driving the car.

“So, what movie are we going to watch?”

“I planned to watch a romantic movie which was trending these days.”

“I see, then I’ll leave everything to you.”

“My, my… Is it okay for you to say that without thinking about it?”

The light turned red and the car stopped.

Nami-san moved her right hand from the steering wheel to my left leg and after putting it on top of it, she rubbed it a little.

“What are you doing?

Right now I was in the car and had my seatbelt on, so there was nowhere to run. Nami-san’s eyes drooped and she leaned over to me with a bewitching expression on her beautiful face.

“If you are going to leave everything to me, then I’m allowed to do anything to you… right?”

Her tone was so sweet that I almost nodded my head. The two of us were alone together in the car.

I couldn’t take my eyes off of her warm melting eyes that seemed to spoil me rotten.

However, I was brought back to reality by the sound of the horn from the car behind us.

It seems that the traffic light had turned green.

Nami muttered cutely, “Stupid traffic signal,” and started the car.

Ah, that was so close… If we had kept staring at each other any more than that, we might have kissed.

I was in a daze and couldn’t think about anything for a few minutes until we arrived at the shopping mall where the movie theater was located.

After parking the car, we headed for the theater after ordering some light snacks, to satiate my hunger.

When I walked I noticed that there were quite a few people in the movie theater.

“There are a lot of people.”

“Yeah, that’s right. It is indeed a popular movie and a hot topic of discussion nowadays.”

“Are there any seats available?”

“Don’t worry! I’ve already made a reservation.”

“Oh, really?”

“Yes! I’ve booked a couple seats.”

“Eh, What did you say?”

I asked back with my eyes wide open, meanwhile Nami-san grinned like a child who had successfully pulled off a prank.

“Couple seats~♪…couple seats~♪…couple seats~♪…”

“Wait… Why did you choose those seats? Normal seats would have been fine.”

“Eh, because we can’t flirt in normal seats!”

“No, movie theaters are not that kind of place! Or wait, are they?”

“Why do you think the couple seats are there for? Obviously to flirt a lot while watching the movie.”

What? Do couples in the world make out while watching a movie?

Well, we’re not in that kind of relationship, so it feels a little immoral for us to do so

Nami-san dragged me along with her while I was still confused.

We bought some medium-sized popcorn and drinks at the stand and went inside the movie theater.

The couple seats were located at the very back of the theater.

The structure itself was simple, with two seats attached to each other and a small table between them.

The only difference from a normal seat is that there is an armrest on the aisle side that separates the seat from the one next to it.

In such a situation, you would inevitably end up touching each other shoulder to shoulder.

Moreover, today Nami-san was wearing a white off-the-shoulder short, a pink lace long skirt, and a summery look, while wearing red heels on her feet.

I made a strange noise when she suddenly held my hand.

“Could it be that you were thinking of doing this from the start?”

I was speechless when she said that.

As I was confused, the curtains that covered the screen opened with the sound of the opening theme marking the beginning of the movie.

“I’m looking forward to it!”

“That’s right.”

The movie started and the dimly lit theater became a little brighter.

When I glanced at the person sitting next to me, her face was now clearer than before. She was seriously watching the movie and that expression of hers made me fascinated.

“Is there something on my face?”

“Eh, no, well…”

I was wondering if Nami had noticed my gaze, but she turned her head to me and tilted her head.

“Heh~ then why were you staring at me?”

Nami-san must have noticed that I was gawking at her so she started teasing me with a grin plastered on her face.

“Did you fall in love with me?”

“No, it’s not like that…”

“Isn’t it fine? If you want to see, you can watch it as much as you like~♪”

Saying that her hold on my hand became even more tight and she gently rubbed my hand as if feeling the texture.

“Seiji-kun, your hands are so smooth~♪”

“Yeah, but your hands are more… smoother.”
