Kanata and Mira observed Lucia’s actions together.

Kanata also noticed Lucia’s activation of magic.

While they might look like a couple on a date, Mira’s shorter height often led people to mistake them for siblings.

“Well, I had imagined it would be a double-edged sword in some respects. Maria and Alphana are providing support to make sure people don’t get overwhelmed by the busyness. Besides, seeing lively uncles and aunts boosts my spirit.”

This could lead to negative consequences as well. That’s why Kanata knew he had to be cautious about his actions going forward—it was his responsibility as Haishin and as someone with a unique ability in this world.

As he walked alongside Mira, Kanata noticed some merchants who had come from a distant country. These merchants were well-informed due to their travels and even sold information for money.

“Indeed… But because of that, is the upcoming event in the Empire going to be okay?”

“The Kingdom and Principality might be safe, but in other countries, there are those who want to get their hands on Haishin and those who want to eliminate it… It’s hard to say what will happen.”

These words struck a chord with Kanata. 

While he did possess infinite magical power and could go on a rampage like a cheat-level protagonist if he wanted to, he had no interest in that. 

His stance was to purely focus on delivering entertainment to people while enjoying himself.
