“Come to think of it, when did you and Kosaka become close friends?”

She stops her steps for a moment. Then after a while she started walking again, but her expression doesn’t seem so good. She doesn’t want to be asked about it, or rather she doesn’t want to tell me about it?

“Mikan invited us to a Halloween party next Saturday afternoon. What do you think Hokuto-san, are you free next Saturday?”

I thought she said so teasingly, but when I see her face, she is smiling shyly. I can’t help but to smile at her cute expression. I have to act normal, act calm.
