I tried to calm her down but the glasses-wearing office lady had a very refreshed face when she lifted her head.

The man said cheerfully.

I chuckled wryly in return. People kept talking that they were saved by me but I couldn’t really understand it. 

However, the man’s eyes were still shining brightly despite his tired face. 

“I don’t have the courage to stand up for myself so I was constantly taken advantage of but… You and Blood Queen have made an example through your actions. For that, I thank you. Until now, I’ve been trampled by other people… I’ve had my things taken away unjustly but… I won’t tolerate it anymore! If they do something bad to me, I will be sure to pay them back! I felt like I could somewhat understand what he was trying to say. The office lady and the man tried to give me money to express their gratitude but I firmly declined.

Seeing the lively scene, I sighed in relief.
