Volume 4 Chapter 12 – Shutou Family 5 – The Dangerously Revealing Swimsuits
| Todou Kyousuke
After Ruri-chan left to go apologize, I somehow found myself sitting cross-legged, meditating. Maybe it was the lingering effect of visiting the shrine, but I wasn’t overly concerned.
Focus. Calm. Empty your mind.
I tried to restore my HP. Not that I actually had an HP meter, but that’s how I felt.
After reaching a peak of 100% something earlier, which depleted my HP, I’d calmed down to about 85%.
…But that’s still not enough.
Fifteen years old…!
I couldn’t achieve a state of total emptiness. Even though I was once the mightiest Hero among humankind, I guess I was no match for the Dragon’s Sage.
However, just as I was attempting to calm down, another threat approached.
Specifically, three little devils appeared!
“Kyosuke-kun, I brought you some tea.”
“What’s with this guy? He shows up out of nowhere and suddenly starts acting like our leader.”
“It’s because Haru-Haru was fumbling around.”
“Of course I was! Anyone would freak out with… t-t-this pervert out of nowhere! And then another one shows up, and suddenly I’m in a bikini… It’s so embarrassing, showing my stomach like this!”
“No one will notice.”
“Everyone will notice!”
“Mamiya-chan agreed to this too. Come on, lower your arms. Let that little belly show.”
“I do NOT have a belly! How rude! I mean, I did say okay! But… I’m still just in middle school, and if I wear as much as you high schoolers, my skin color looks lighter… it’s noticeable, okay? That’s why I was worried!”
“Oh… quite the claim.”
“Only for the Round Table, though.”
“I’m so sorry! Please don’t kick me out!”
The three were whispering, but unfortunately for them, I have very sharp hearing. I’ll say it again, as many times as it takes.
Thanks to my keen hearing, any doubts I had about the situation were confirmed, driving that something back up to over 90%.
Yes, these three were dressed in quite the sight.
If I angled my gaze just right, squinting… maybe, just maybe, I wouldn’t see it? But no, it was obvious—they were wearing barely-there, painted-on white bikinis.
Dangerous swimsuits (fake).
Dangerously revealing swimsuits (real).
…What do I do? I’m back at 100% something, and it’s painful.
Maybe I should ask to borrow the bathroom. No, first I need to figure out how this even happened.
I can guess the cause, but the result is so far out of left field that if I let this continue, my something is going to take even more damage.
I should probably ask.
“Should I even ask… what’s going on here?”
“This is our punishment, the three of us! So don’t worry about it!”
“We’re making up for our sins.”
“See? You’re making Todou-san uncomfortable!”
Punishment… atonement… I’ve faced villains who destroyed countless organizations, sobbing as they begged for mercy and punishment. But was there ever such cheerful, casual talk of sins and punishment?
It’s not that I’m backing away—I’m desperately trying to keep something caged! Agh, stay down! Stay down!
…Maybe this is my own punishment, for being pushed to 100% something.
Remaining in this room, even though I haven’t moved a single step, it feels like my HP is decreasing by 1P every second.
But moving wouldn’t change a thing.
Is this a poison swamp…? No, I’m not moving, so that’s not right.
But it’s definitely poison to the eyes.
Ouch, ouch, stay down! Stay down!
“…I’m not uncomfortable. Just surprised.”
“…Honestly, seeing Todou-san this calm is kind of disheartening…”
“Hehehe… I’m starting to feel pretty good.”
“I feel it too.”
“Not concerned at all?! This is the worst. This is perverted. This is the Round Table…! Wait, doesn’t that mean it’s not a punishment?”
“Here, Kyosuke-kun.”
“Hm? Water guns?… Oh, this brings back memories.”
“With these… shoot at us. Our… embarrassing spots.”
“So that was the plan?! Kinukin… you’re one terrifying woman… so this is high school girls for you…”
“But we’re already shot through… right here in our hearts.”
This was, in fact, so far out of left field!
Please stop with this! Ow, ow, stay down! Stay down!
And then they started preparing something.
Still in those dangerously revealing swimsuits.
Or rather, just completely exposed.
They opened the room’s closet and pulled out what looked like a green roll-up screen.
They propped it up against the door with an extendable black bar, creating something like a makeshift studio. The screen was about two meters wide and almost reached the ceiling in height.
Ah, there goes the exit…
The three of them shifted the bed to spread a plastic sheet on the floor. They told me to stay seated, but that’s all I could do right now—standing was physically impossible. Let’s just say… certain things were keeping me seated.
Though they looked more ridiculous than erotic, my fifteen-year-old body didn’t seem to care.
They prepared two tripods, setting up cameras on either side.
“It’s ready.”
“Mine’s all set too.”
Apparently, the screen was for compositing, and the plastic sheet was for taking photos in case of spills.
I didn’t even want to ask. Ouch.
They had made up their minds.
With a water gun in each hand, I kept the nozzles pointed up, figuring that if they sprayed, it would get messy, and I closed my eyes, searching for an answer.
I must’ve looked pretty silly.
No, that’s not the point.
Even though firearms didn’t exist in this world, I’m mostly ambidextrous, and I could easily hit the target. I’m confident I could shoot each… uh… target with precision.
Not that I’d say what the targets were.
More than anything, the fact that I had my own “hidden gun” pointing upward was the real issue here. Now there were three guns. Fantastic.
No, that’s not right.
At this rate, I might end up taking down these little devils with my other “gun,” and that’s the problem.
Sigh…
Ouch, ouch, ouch! Stay down! Stay down! Stay dooown!
