My Perfect Yandere! - Chapter 86- Memories~1!
Yesterday…was a roller coaster ride for Kazuya, and Ryouya was a major part of the eventful day.
If not for the misunderstanding created because of Ryouya’s sudden confession, Kazuya might not have mustered up the courage to breach the final line between him and Tsubaki.
Despite how calm he seemed about ‘it’, as a newbie in a relationship, Kazuya had his insecurity. So it was given that some credit goes to this pinkhead standing in front of his room.
“Kazuya-kun…about yesterday….” Ryouya’s timid voice suggested that he was either guilty or shy to talk to him. Kazuya hoped the former to be the case.
“Listen, Ryouya-kun. I appreciate your feelings and your courage, but as you already know, I am committed to Tsubaki. And in no situation, I could think about any other person romantically other than her.”
Kazuya laid the facts straight and simple, without going roundabouts. He didn’t want to create a misunderstanding that could give the boy any hope.
Most of all, Kazuya was not into boys, that much should have given Ryouya the evidence to not approach him. But alas…
Ryouya remained still at his spot for a moment, with his shoulders dropped, before a long sigh left his lips,
“I know…and I really respect that about you, Kazuya-kun. Thanks for listening to my confession and sorry for the inconvenience I caused yesterday.”
With a light bow, Ryouya walked away. He didn’t turn to look at Kazuya but the latter had a feeling that he really wanted to.
Nevertheless, Kazuya raised his right hand where rested his mobile phone and without dialing any number he connected the phone to his ear.
“Satisfied?”
[Very.]
The happy voice of Tsubaki replied from the other side of the call.
Actually, Tsubaki predicted that Ryouya might approach Kazuya again, and thus she was quite troubled. So to calm her anxiety, Kazuya speed-dialled Tsubaki as soon he saw Ryouya at his door.
[I never doubted my Kazu-kun~]
Hearing that, a sly smile lifted the left side of his lips, as he said, “Then who was adamant on toning down their body and all?”
[P-Please don’t talk about it….mou!]
Kazuya chuckled lightly hearing her embarrassed tone. She really seems to go extreme when Tsubaki becomes insecure.
Even though they had been in a relationship for a year now, she still doubted his liking toward her; not because Kazuya hadn’t clearly confessed to her. Not at all.
Tsubaki is the kind of girl who can be jealous of a rock if Kazuya spends time with it rather than paying attention to her.
…and truth be told, he found that trait of hers, cute.
“Now come to the lobby. I am waiting.”
Kazuya met numerous of his classmates in the reception area who had gathered upon the orders of the Sensei.
Yesterday was just leisure roaming, today they would take the students for sightseeing. There were numerous shrines, museums, and even a zoo in Karuizawa where the students would be brought.
Kazuya was a little excited about the trip since it had been ages since he visited some zoological park with friends. Last time, he remembered, he went to the zoo with his parents.
It was a fun time when he never felt troubled about his future or present. He was just living his life carelessly without many thoughts in his head. His parents were with him, that’s why Kazuya never bothered about maturing up.
‘…and here I am again thinking about them….’
Sighing, Kazuya turned toward the lobby again, only to find Tsubaki walking in his direction with a cheerful smile on her face.
She was wearing a dark blue sweater with light-colored jeans, which went perfectly with her figure. Well, she looked good in anything that’s why Kazuya never missed complimenting her,
“You look…refreshingly beautiful.” Despite hearing his praise, Tsubaki’s smile seemed to be breaking down as she arrived by his side with clear concern overwriting her previous cheerful expression.
“What happened, Kazu-kun? You look sad…” Her warm palms cupped his cheeks as she asked in a soft tone.
He just heaved a sigh and with his eyes closed, enjoyed the warmth which only Tsubaki could provide him.
“Was just thinking about my parents…well, it was a fleeting thought so don’t mind it.” Stepping back, he held her hand and began walking toward the entrance of the resort.
“The weather is pleasant, isn’t it?”
Tsubaki could sense that her Kazu-kun was trying to hide his real feelings at the moment…however, she chose not to ask about it. She knew it would only pain him if Tsubaki kept on mentioning those two.
She have asked him more than twice in the past, whether Kazuya wanted to meet his parents, but his answer never wavered from a simple and straight, NO.
Hugging his arm, Tsubaki leaned on him, before whispering back, “Yeah…it feels nice.”

The group of students rode the bus to reach the first destination, which was an ancient Japanese shrine near the west coast.
It took two hours to reach here even though the island is so small.
Kunimi, Kazuya, Tsubaki, and Sayo were all together on the bus, naturally, as they chatted about mostly useless stuff en route.
“Haaah~the wind feels nice.”
Sayo exclaimed while stretching her body a little, which made her already big assets, pump out a little more.
Kunimi narrowed his eyes and glared at everyone who passed by.
“Does it hurt, Kazu-kun?” Tsubaki, who was just behind with her lover, was asking about Kazuya’s ankle which still was injured.
“Nah, it’s all good. I have applied pain-removing gel before coming here.” The streets here were a little difficult to walk on, that’s why Kazuya preferred to be cautious.
“Alright then, let’s head inside and explore the history of Karuizawa.” One of the three teachers called out before they began leading the students inside.
This shrine was a lot bigger than the standard one, with a playground and some houses nearby. The inside of the shrine seemed to be vast, however, Kazuya’s attention went to the playground.
Or to be precise, on a certain someone.
“Tsubaki…wait a minute…” Detaching himself from her and the group, Kazuya went toward the entrance of the playground where a small girl was standing all alone.
“You guys go ahead.” Kunimi and Sayo nodded and followed the rest of the students, meanwhile, Tsubaki walked toward Kazuya.
He crouched down beside the girl, and Tsubaki faintly could hear him talking to the girl,
“Don’t worry about what will happen…just go and ask them whether you can play,” Kazuya spoke in a soft tone while pointing toward the group of girls playing inside the ground.
The little dumpling seemed hesitant as she shook her head and spoke in her adorable voice, “But-but…what if they make fun of me? I look like a pig after all….”
Hearing the child’s response, Tsubaki was reminded of a deep engraved memory which she thought she had moved on from.
But…
