The HR manager let out a deep sigh after confirming that the student had left the room.

Nakada Hiren Romeo.

That was the name of the student he had just interviewed.

Having worked in human resources for over twenty years, he had witnessed firsthand how students’ personalities and attitudes had changed over time. But in the past few years, that change had begun to extend to their names as well.

Just this year alone, he had encountered names like Iida Gohan, Katou Katou, and Ishikawa Butaboku—names so bizarre that he couldn’t help but question if they really belonged to actual people.

Even though he understood that a person’s name had no bearing on their capabilities or character, he couldn’t stop himself from wondering:

“Can we really hire someone with a name like that?”

Honestly, he was so fed up that he didn’t even feel like checking the name of the next applicant on his list.

“No, I can’t think like this.”

People were what mattered. His job was to evaluate individuals, not to reject them based on their names.

Slapping his cheeks lightly to refocus, he called out:

“Next applicant, please enter.”

“Yes! Excuse me!”

A bright, lively voice responded, and a young man entered the room.

He had striking features, and his confident, energetic walk gave off a strong first impression.

“Not bad.”

“Alright, first, could you please state your name?”
