Time passed by, and it was Saturday now.

In the morning, Ren-senpai told me that she was about to leave for her parents’ house. So I went to see her off.

But on looking at her, I asked her, 

“Are you sure you are all right? You look pale.”

To which she replied, 

“I’m all right, I just couldn’t sleep.”

Ren went out with a weak smile on her face.

“Is she really all right?”

Even though I am worried about Ren, I couldn’t just keep worrying about her forever.

And so, he went back to his room.

“Well, then, I have to make a final check before Hina-ane comes.”

I went through the room thoroughly with Ren, cleaning it up this week. We tidied it up for the weekend, but as I was still worried, I was looking around the room as the last check.

When something outside the window caught my attention.

“It’s raining.”

Outside the window, I saw heavy rain pouring making sloshing sounds.

“I wonder if Hina-ane brought an umbrella with her. She is quite careless about those types of things after all.”

And so, just in case, I got the bath and a towel ready. 

Ding-dong!

“Yes.”

I went to the front door and opened it.

There, Hina was standing, soaking wet.

“Kou-chan, it suddenly started raining and now I’m soaking wet.”

Hina-nee! For now, just get in already! Here’s a towel! I’ve also prepared a bath for you.”

“Thank you. Then I’ll be coming in. Hina went into the bathroom with a big bag hanging on her bag.”

“………Nn? What is with that bag?”

Kousuke had a somewhat bad feeling about it.

“Thanks for the bath, Kou-chan!

“Hina-ne, since you have already taken a bath, do you want something to dRINK!?”

“Eh thank you! Then what shall I have for the drink? Hmm? What’s wrong?”

“Well, umm………Why are you in pajamas?”

“Oh, aren’t they cute, I bought new ones.”

Hina had Kousuke ask about his thoughts as she showed him the pajamas she was wearing with the yellow chick printed on them.

“Well, I do think it looks good on you.”

Hina is rather petite looking with her hair short, and since this showed her childish side quite a bit, it sure looked good on her.

“Un, Un, I know right.”

“But why are you wearing pajamas?”

“Because I will be staying tonight.”

“Who will?”

“Me.”

“Where?”

“Here.”

Kousuke held his head.

“I will be in your care then~ Kou-chan.”
