- Chapter 11 - A Sense of Immorality
A Sense of Immorality
Once we arrive at school, I leave my bag in the classroom and decided spend time with Setsuna in the student council room until the bell rings.
I try to avoid running into Kana as much as possible on my way to the student council room.
When I arrive at the student council room and meet up with Setsuna, she suddenly hugs me without saying a word.
Setsuna looks up from her hug.
“Since we didn’t do it yesterday, shall we kiss for yesterday?”
I kiss her on the mouth and entwine my tongue with hers passionately.
Kissing Setsuna make me feel as if I can forget all the fuzziness in my head.
I devour her soft lips over and over again.
After kissing her for a while, Setsuna stops me and let go of my body.
“Hah, hah, you are amazing in the morning. I don’t hate kissing you, but it hurts.”
“I-I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine, it no longer hurts now, let’s kiss more.”
Then we devour each other lips over and over again.
I think I’m getting the idea.
This is what one often calls the sense of immorality you get from cheating.
“I can’t stop kissing you. I’m a guy who gets excited with a sense of immorality. I think my sense of morality is truly broken.”
“Yeah…I kind of get it now.”
As I’m talking about these thoughts in a somber tone, the bell rings, I need to go back to my classroom.
When I enter the classroom, Kana is not at her seat.
I tell myself not to worry about it and sit down quietly, staring out the window and waiting for the time to pass.
At the end of morning class, Kana comes into the classroom.
Looks like she is late.
There’s a good chance that she is late because I didn’t wake her up and go to school with her this morning, but I keep telling myself not to worry about it. In order to avoid eye contact with Kana, I look out the window, waiting for the time to pass once again.
The first period of class has ended, it’s now break time. Hana comes over to my class.
“Mugi, Yahoo. Feeling better?”
“Eh? You called me by my first name without honorifics!?”
“That’s right. From now on, Mugi will also call me Hana.”
“Ehh…”
“Come on, call me Hana.”
“Hana-san?”
“No, call me Hana, just Hana. I don’t need the ‘san’.”
“…Hana, chan?”
“Hmm, it’s barely ok.”
I can’t tell if this is an act or not, but Hana is even friendlier than usual.
Hana is really helpful because she talks to me a lot while standing in a position to block my view with Kana.
Then during lunch break, she comes to my classroom again.
“Mugi, come to the student council room with me.”
“Eh? Yeah, sure.”
I go to the student council room with her.
While the four of us are having lunch, I report to Setsuna about kana’s reaction and her being late this morning.
“I agree with you that those two are guilty and need to be sanctioned, but what do you really want to do, Mugi-kun? Do you just want a peaceful separation with her? Or do you want revenge?”
‘Well…I honestly don’t know yet, but there is one thing for certain, I feel a great sense of defeat. Is there anything I can do about it? From the beginning, I have a feeling that I don’t think I’m able to get along with her as a lover, and I think I even knew before we started going out that she would treat me harshly.”
“I see. Well, I think we should give priority now to making sure that Mugi-kun will not be at a disadvantage.”
“Yes, that’s right.”
“So, Setsuna-chan, please restrain yourself for a while.”
“Eh? Me?”
“If you encourage Mugi-kun to cheat on her and tell everyone that you are his girlfriend, it will be like showing the enemy what Mugi-kun’s weakness is.”
“Ehh…”
“Anyway! I think it’s a good appeal to let everyone know that Mugi-kun have the student council behind his back for the time being!”
“Hmm, understood…”
Huh? Then I guess I won’t be able to kiss Setsuna for the time being.
It’s kind of a shame that I was so reluctant at first.
