ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Seiya had looked up the requirements for creating a club, and it was written that at least three members and a supervising teacher were needed.
“So we need to find one more guy? Seiya, do you have anyone in mind?”
“Not at the moment. Midorino-kun and Akai-kun wouldn’t be interested, I think.”
“Hm? Who?”
“At least remember the names of your classmates. We’ve already been in the same class together for a month.”
Chided by Seiya, I shifted my gaze toward the two boys sitting by the hallway side.
Youhei Midorino had green hair, a listless look on his face, and was sleeping with his hood pulled up. Hayato Akai, with red hair and glasses, was a literature type who sat reading a book without speaking to anyone. Both of them were handsome, with refined features—though not quite on Seiya’s level.
“If we can’t find anyone else, should we try asking them?”
“Hmm. Yoru, you’ve never spoken to them, right? I’ll try asking them myself.”
“Yeah? I’ll leave it to you, then.”
“Sure. In return, Yoru, you go to the student council and handle the club registration paperwork.”
When he mentioned the student council, I remembered the student council president’s impressive chest. The way it bounced against the desk was more than enough of a sight.
“Got it. So if I go to the student council, will they explain the procedures?”
“Yeah. Probably best to ask Secretary Terumi Mogami-senpai. Out of the student council, she seems the most reasonable.”
“Alright. Then at lunch break, we’ll each make our moves.”
Seiya and I bumped fists.
-------------
At lunch break, I knocked on the student council room door.
“Come iiiin~”
A rather absent-minded voice answered from inside, and the student council president herself opened the door.
“Oh my, if it isn’t Kurose-kun?”
“President Toudou. Are you alone today?”
“Yes, yes. I’m alone today. What brings you here?”
For some reason, she peeked at me with delight. She was close. Too close. Her chest was pressing against me.
“Hm? Is something the matter?”
“Ah, um! I was thinking of starting a club!”
I somehow broke through the magical pull of her chest and managed to state my purpose.
“Oh? You want to create a club? And a male like Kurose-kun is the one starting it?”
“Yes. Is that strange?”
“No, no, not at all. It’s wonderful that a male is motivated to do so. But, are you familiar with the regulations for establishing a club?”
She invited me into the student council room for a more serious discussion. The student council president herself poured me tea. We sat facing each other on the sofa.
“Yes. Three or more members and a supervising teacher, right?”
“That’s correct. So, what kind of club do you intend to create, Kurose-kun?”
I had thought she was the calm, airheaded type. But today she acted differently. My previous impression of her might have been wrong. Without the other council members around, the student council president before me carried herself as a refined, intelligent older woman. Still, there was a trace of weariness about her.
“A club to cheer on girls.”
“Eh?”
I told her the club’s purpose, and just like when I’d told Seiya “a cheering squad,” her face lit with surprise.
“To cheer on girls?”
“That’s right. Its name will be the Men’s Cheer Team.”
It sounded like a lame name. But in a reversed chastity worldview, there was no clearer title.
“We’ll go cheer at sports tournaments, support cultural activities, and even individually support girls who ask for it.”
“Ufufu… Fufufufufu… Ahahaha. How amusing. That’s very amusing.”
Whatever she imagined, the president leaned back on the sofa laughing. Each laugh made her chest bounce, stealing my eyes away.
“That means you’ll cheer for me as well, right?”
“For the student council president? Well, if you wish, we’ll cheer for you. But I plan to add one condition.”
“A condition?”
“Yes. We’ll only cheer for girls that the boys want to cheer for. If a member doesn’t want to, then we won’t.”
I declared it with full confidence, and the student council president put on a thoughtful look. After a pause, she looked at me with shining eyes.
“Arrogant, selfish, egocentric, willful… What an utterly ridiculous club.”
Though the words sounded critical, her expression was almost ecstatic, her beauty tinged with something sensual. She pressed a finger against her plump lips, while the other hand rested over her chest as if caressing her heart.
“Ahh… But… It’s fascinating. While pretending to flatter women, you claim it’s men who do the choosing. How truly selfish.”
Her gaze turned sharp even as her aura remained alluring, as if testing me.
“But that’s why it’s so precious. With your looks alone, it’s more than enough to make women want to be chosen. I wonder… Just how much of this is calculated by you?”
She muttered the last part too softly for me to catch.
“Very well. As long as you meet the conditions, I will recognize it as a legitimate club.”
“Thank you very much!!!”
I shot up to my feet and bowed deeply.
“Fufufu, you really are fascinating. Tell me, Kurose-kun… Hypothetically speaking, if I were to ask you right now for your support, what would you do for me?”
That gaze I’d been feeling. That faintly weary demeanor. That seductive atmosphere. Now, these testing words.
After some thought, I stepped behind the student council president.
“Reika-san. You’ve worked hard.”
I wrapped my arms around her from behind.
“Eh? Eh? Ehhhhh?! N-no, you mustn’t—”
I held her gently, not letting her escape. From her earlier words and actions, I judged that she was tired. And perhaps a bit pent-up. If, back in my original world, a woman offered me support, I would want her to hug me tight and say “You’ve worked hard.”
Of course, if she were okay with it, I’d want to go further too.
“I’m always cheering for you. Thanks to President Reika’s continuous efforts in running the student council, we can come to school without worry.”
Maybe I was exaggerating. But I held her close long enough for our warmth to pass between us, then finally let go.
“How was it?”
At first she resisted, but by the end, I felt like she had given in.
“Eh? Hah! N-no, um. That was quite the performance indeed…”
It seemed my support for the student council president had been accepted. I left the student council room after finishing our conversation.

Nah screw all that noise,be the change you want to see. If they won’t approach him then he has to close the distance himself. Also I wouldn’t consider it harassment solely due to how it would be treated were the roles reversed. I can summarize it as “thank you” and “this lucky guy”.
I mean I get mc in previous life was always in hospital and in yhis life gaslit into thinking he was gross but just hugging someone from behind is no bueno
Hmm sexual harassment
You wouldn’t say that if a girl suddenly hug a dude from behind while groping his junk, u’ll rather feel jealous then disgusted
