It Seems Like I Got Transmigated Into An Eroge - Chapter 23 : Diana
Awaiting their responses, the three of them stared at me with puzzlement and spoke.
[What’s that?]
[This king doesn’t know what you are talking about, master.]
[Quintessence? Son, what are you talking about? If you’re curious about why we’re interested in you, it’s because we can tell that you possess something remarkable.]
[Yeah.]
[Yeah.]
“Eh—? Nevermind…”
None of them seemed to understand what I was saying. Perhaps it was their instincts guiding them. Right now, I hold the upper hand, able to manipulate these three at my whim without fearing any backlash. This was going to be enjoyable. Internally, I laughed as I gazed at them.
“Okay, so I just need to choose one among the three of you, correct?”
All three nodded in response.
“Very well, impress me,” I said with a condescending smile. Though they misconstrued my smile, it ended up filling them with joy. I had anticipated irritation, but the opposite occurred. Their reactions were truly intriguing; I struggled to suppress my laughter.
“Let’s start. White Dragon, what do you offer?”
[I am strong, blessed by Goddess Lunaria, the sole dragon that shines brightest in the night. I also symbolize ‘Purity’.]
“Next, Nemean Lion.”
[Hohoho~ I, the king, shall introduce myself in a manner that our future master shall appreciate…] The Nemean Lion roared into the sky, its mane emitting a radiant glow. [… This king can safeguard our master and embodies the burning passion of kingly ideals.]
“Alright, Kitsune, your turn.”
[Yes, I am the all-knowing fox, a dream manipulator, and above all, I can transform myself into a beautiful woman. Fulfilling my contractor’s desires is my duty.]
Her response raised an eyebrow. “Interesting. Continue, you have my attention.”
The moment the word “fulfilling” entered my mind, the devil’s influence whispered to me, suggesting that Kitsune might be the right choice for me. However, a nagging question lingered: Kitsune’s true gender. Given her shapeshifting ability, what if she was genderless or even male? Numerous thoughts swirled in my mind—I was determined not to be deceived.
[Damn it!]
[Unfair!]
Both the White Dragon and the Nemean Lion complained.
“Hush, we must respect each other’s turns. I detest people who act otherwise.”
Their protests ceased abruptly.
“Very well then, what is your gender?”
[I’m a female, as I can only shape-shift into female ones.]
A grin surfaced involuntarily. “Ahem, well th—”
Just as I was about to voice my thoughts, a resounding crash echoed in the background. Before me, a swirling portal materialized, bearing a blurry image that gradually sharpened. Soon, a woman emerged from the portal. She possessed stunning features: black hair with heliotrope highlights, captivating lavender irises, and golden pupils akin to mine. Her enchanting appearance, alluring body, and elegant dress left me speechless.
The woman walked towards me with deliberate steps, pausing before me. Due to the significant height difference, I had to raise my gaze to meet hers. She leaned in, our eyes locking, and she suddenly kissed me. I was dumbfounded—this drop-dead gorgeous woman was kissing me!
As her lips were pressed against mine, her tongue had begun invading my mouth, infiltrating my tongue. And our tongues started intertwining with each other, burrowing her tongue deep inside my mouth, sucking her lower lips as she does the same with my upper lips, exchanging each other’s saliva. Time passes, my sanity gradually starts getting worse with every second that passes as lust engulfs my mind.
Her mesmerizing eyes flashed in front of me, captivating me. The kiss continued until she finally broke away, wiping her mouth and saying, “Master, the contract is complete. Please give me a name.”
Stunned, I blurted out a name, still trying to process the whirlwind of events.
“Diana.”
“The contract is sealed. Thank you for your cooperation.”
Diana smiled sweetly, signifying the establishment of our contract. With its formation, a warm and vitalizing sensation coursed through me. Diana leaned in again, her lips meeting mine once more.
During the kiss, the three deity spirits drew my attention; they trembled, clearly afraid of Diana. This indicated that she was a force beyond their control. Shortly after, a bright light engulfed my vision.
Next thing I knew, I was back in the chamber from which I had come. However, the chamber was in ruins, debris falling from the ceiling. The water that was present earlier had vanished. Everything was destroyed, perhaps due to me?
Standing up, I felt lighter than before.
“Wow…”
Punching and kicking the air, I marveled at how contracting with a spirit had significantly enhanced my physical abilities once again. The sensation was different, richer. I recalled that I could summon spirits by speaking their names.
“Diana.”
Minutes passed, yet there was no sign of her. Was she asleep? I decided to check on her later. For now, I needed to apologize to Sir Luke for the havoc I’d caused. I knocked on the metal door, which opened heavily. Sir Luke scanned me with concern.
“My goodness, what happened to you? The entire cathedral trembled so violently that I thought an earthquake had struck. It took me a while to realize it was you. You nearly gave me a heart attack.”
“I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened. And I apologize for the chamber; it appears to be in ruins.”
“Really?” Sir Luke inspected the chamber’s interior.
“I didn’t expect this outcome. It’s remarkable. But what will be, will be. We can’t change that. So, did you successfully contract a spirit?”
“Yes.”
“Who is it?”
“A beautiful woman with black hair.”
“What?”
“Yeah, I’m just as confused…”
“Anyway, I’ll ask Irene for some wine to celebrate!”
“Huh?” I tilted my head in confusion.
────────────
“Congratulations, Claude!”
Outside the cathedral, I found myself enveloped in a warm embrace from Master Irene, unfazed by the gazes of the onlookers around us. Nearby, Clara stood motionless, as was her usual manner. I only realized after leaving the cathedral that my mask had broken.
Being the last to exit, I became the center of attention. Numerous onlookers from different age groups gazed at me, especially the kids around my age or those who had accompanied me earlier. Their astonishment was palpable when they saw my face. Whether boy or girl, I appreciated the blushes that adorned their faces, signifying their captivation by my appearance. However, the boys blushing at me were a different story—I found their reactions distasteful. Additionally, the red-haired twins from earlier seemed to have disappeared.
Disregarding the curious onlookers, we made our way to the carriage.
“So, Claude, what kind of spirit did you acquire?”
“I’m not sure.”
“Huh?”
“In reality, I conversed with the White Dragon, Nemean Lion, and Kitsune. It seems they are vying for my allegiance.”
“Hahahaha, please refrain from jesting, Claude.”
“I speak the truth.”
Laughter shifted to confusion as Master Irene’s expression turned serious, likely due to my earnest demeanor. Even Clara, who typically wore an emotionless expression, appeared puzzled by my words.
“Seriously?”
“Yes.”
“H-How…?”
“I’m uncertain.” I shrugged.
“Did you choose the White Dragon, then, or one of the others?”
“Not precisely…”
“What do you mean?”
“Well… How do I put this… Amid their struggle for my favor, I challenged them to impress me so I could select among them. It was quite the spectacle, akin to children fighting over a possession.” I chuckled softly as I reminisced.
Listening to my account, Master Irene and Clara were rendered speechless.
“Let’s return to the narrative at hand. While they each presented their cases, trying to persuade me to choose them, an exceptionally beautiful woman materialized before me. She kissed me out of nowhere—”
An explosion of ominous energy erupted from within Master Irene’s being, startling me. Yet, instead of feeling fear, I carried on with my tale.
“After her lips met mine, we shared a deep and lingering kiss—”
Another eruption occurred, causing the air around us to tremble intensely. Nonetheless, I persisted with my narrative.
“Furthermore, it appears that this kiss led to the establishment of a contract between us.”
“She’s a spirit?” Master Irene inquired with a forceful tone.
“Yes, she exists in the Aether.”
The ominous aura surrounding Master Irene abruptly subsided.
“What did you name her?”
“Diana.”
The carriage shook violently, coming to a halt. Soon after, an overwhelming and pressurizing atmosphere enveloped the confined space of the carriage, causing Master Irene and Clara to freeze—though I remained composed. Right beside me, a female spirit materialized seemingly out of thin air, wearing a smile as she held my hand.
“You called, Claude~?”
